Breakfast needs to be improved a lot in taste, menu and freshness. The inner road leading to the resort needs some attention, difficult to drive car at rainy nights especially.

The location was good, little far from the town center but not too far. The dinner was exceptionally tasty even though little costly.

Food is good only on Saturday and Sunday as that’s when the hotel gets more travellers.

Located away from the bustle of the town. The view you get is unrivalled.

Location is very far from Centre. One has to spend a lot on transportation. It is convenient for people taking their own vehicles. Also the room mentioned was with a view but it was a blocked view. Hotel Tarriff was higher and not worth it.

Most of the things, other than than room, all other facilities are not maintained

We pay a good amount of money for resort for a reason and that is just not the room, its the other facilities which is needed, but nothinh was maintained apart from room, swimming pool was not clean, table tennis bats looks like 100 years old

Our room needs a rebrush, some areas in the hotel seemed to be under construction.

The property is nestled in the mountains / only accessible by car. The staff is very nice once they are on duty but they could be more attentive when it comes to service.

First of all, the moment I entered the room had a strong cigarette smell. After that, we found that the food orders are taken only till 8:30 pm which is too early for me. Also, they have only 4 veg option that is mostly unavailable with them, no tandoori food is available and the non veg food my husband ordered was not tasty at all. The bathroom jet spray was leaking water and bathroom had an odour. Plus the curtain in the bathroom was dirty. I paid so much for this room and it did not had the basic things like, toilet paper, a locker, balcony chairs, snacks, mini fridge, hair dryer. Nothing was there. This is all basic things that we get at a hotel where we pay such huge amounts. It was pathetic stinky place. Highly disappointed with Meridian.

the look on the room is super but the bed has stains, rooms has spider and scorpio in the room the bed has sharp edge and washroom is all leaking

My wife & myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yercaud at the Meridian Hill Top Yercaud resort. We traveled from Bengaluru for a quick weekend getaway and the location, surrounding, drive to the top and the Hotel exceeded our expectations. - The resort is located at a fabulous location overseeing the Eastern Ghats. - We had taken a room with a Balcony, and thus the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. - We could see the Clouds far below us, and then could see, and feel the clouds passing by... which is in itself such a breathtaking experience. - Check-in was quick. Room was spacious and luxurious. - Loved the soft bed... really comfy. - We ordered both in-room dining and went down the pool-side restaurant for our lunch & breakfast. - We tried the "Chicken Chettinad" which tasted awesome. - The pool was very clean, though we decided not taking a dip since the weather was a bit chilly. Overall, excellent stay, and we plan coming back for a longer stay for sight-seeing in Yercaud which includes visiting the Rose Garden, Botanical Garden. We did shop at the local Yercaud Perfume Factory which was an amazing experience.
