Hotel facility is not there they are are purchasing from outside and serving .

Hotel is well maintained and seems a new one .Hospitality was good .We can park Cars without issues . Rate wise in the higher side when we compare other cities .

The rooms were slightly small and there is no restaurant in the hotel but can Swiggy food.

Very clean hotel. One of the best options to stay if visiting Chidambaram.

The front desk ladies are exceptional. The service is out of this world. In all my 30 years of travel this is one place I will rate as one of the best 5 in service. God bless all those who made our stay comfortable. I booked 3 rooms for us and daughters. We all enjoyed the stay.

They don't have a restaurant, They serve packed breakfast from some nearby restaurant. So we need to instruct in advance. Also eggs were not easily available for the breakfast and I has to give it a pass.

The location is close to the main road in Vadalur. It is a very new property. Clean and well done. The packed breakfast was more than sufficient.

No dining hall at this hotel. The breakfast was bought and brought from outside, tea/coffee wasn't served in the breakfast. When asked, i was charged Rs.50 extra for that. Unfair to charge me for the tea as i have already booked and paid for package with breakfast. Tea had an insect in it. Cups are not washed thoroughly. The food was served in room. Very uncomfortable to eat in the room as there was no proper couch/tea table and only one chair was provided. Location was far away from Chidambaram. Unexpected as it is at the middle of nowhere. The room only had one chair. looks like the couch or one furniture is missing from the room. No complimentary tea/coffee sachets. Only one water bottle allocated per room even though there are 2 people staying. The ratings are very misleading. Very expensive compared to other hotels which i can get better amenities.

Room is big and spacious. Clean and well kept. Staff are good and their service is good. Very patient staff. A lot could be improved.

Room size and washroom was too small for the rate taken. Water in wash room was muddy and brown in colour for most of the stay. When complained to, the front office reception gave some lame excuse. Mosquito and cockroach in room. Housekeeping and cleaning to be improved. No hot water flask, coffee etc . For the tariff in such a small town all extra consumables like hot water facility, coffee,tea bags, shoe shine etc can also be provided. Not value for money, as for similar tariff we get better rooms in metro Cities itself.

Location was good. The hotel was new and hence rooms were quite new. Ample parking space, lift and other common facilities ok.
