We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

India2 days.. no one called or available to clean the room or change bedsheets etc. The hotel owner was available on call but calling each time for different needs was something which I did not like. Ac was making noise which was checked but it was a little disturbing. Bathroom was small ..not much space .there was any problem which was creeping everywhere. Ower used some spray but Ants found another way to find the things they need.
Room was clean. Basic toiletries were just nil. Just that it was fine but not worth 3.4 k for 2 days
