We had a mosquito issues. And electricity conked off a few times. But it was back in fifteen twenty minutes. the location feels slightly lonely. but some people who want wilderness might like this kind of an ambiance.

the restaurant served good veg food. you can order food on zomato and it gets delivered in 40 mins. the location is a bit difficult to reach and get out. the manager got us connected with some rental cabs so we could roam around lonavala and also go back home to mumbai. the manager Rahul, was very polite and helpful.

The water pressure of showers is something which I did not enjoy personally.

The Manager Jayesh needs mention. He provided us with a decent stay option which was as per our requirements. He also guided us well with the food option available apart from the in house restaurant.

This should not be titled as what we dint like rather an area of improvement or good to have. Mizzle should have a proper reception and entry of its own. Presently all guests are routed to Ovi reception where one is asked to wait in restaurant if someone is early and asked to called the caretaker of mizzle and take instructions. Ideally a separate entity should have independent setup. Secondly the road to resort is extremely skewed and perhaps in its worst condition during rainy season. Again, it's not in resorts purview but it could have helped if the roads could be better

There were some stains on the towels and bedsheets. Sofa had few holes in it in E8 room. Dead cockroach was lying on Kitchen otta. Cleaning guys did not show up at 02.00 p.m. as scheduled. Food quality control must be regulated in the third party restaurant of Ovi holidays which is nearby to the property. We found a big screw in upma which was served for breakfast. Very dangerous.

Toiletories were not there. You will have to request for everything. Once requested, it was arranged after multiple follow ups but it should not be the case after paying a substantial price for the stay.

Some things not as per the description. AC only in the bedroom (but was not an issue as the night was cool), only one washroom and not two as provided in the description. This was important. for us as there were 4 of us. No microwave. Slightly dusty floor. The bedsheet for the sofa cum bed was not very clean. Hard mattress in the bedroom though we did not have an issue. The place is quite far from the highway and access road for the last part is a single lane road. Have to stop at a wider point for allowing opposite side car passing. At this point not an issue. But with the significant construction around the area may be an issue two years down the line. They manage three different properties in the complex and gave us a unit in Ovi rather than Mizzle Exotica, though told us would provide in Mizzle if we wanted. We checked both and stayed with the Ovi property due to the view.

The value for the place. View of Karla Caves Hill. Peaceful, Bucolic surroundings. Decent food at decent prices. Lift in a 2 story building. Decent sized apt with balcony. Far from the crowds.

Pool was not clean. Access road for last couple of kilometres is narrow and one way. Nothing easily accessible from this location. So just good for a night or two to relax.

Very helpful staff. Food (outside catering) was pretty good. It’s property 2 bed room apartment, so spacious for a family with kitchen facility.

The property is quite interior and the road is a single car width, and not well maintained. We went during monsoon time so that might not be Mizzle's fault. The food is okay-ish, but staff is very helpful and will give good recommendations for restaurants around.

Jayesh was very kind and helpful for all our needs and wants. The room was fantastic and well maintained. The pool was also very well maintained and we had lot of fun swimming. Staff is very helpful and polite.
