Travelled to Kanchipuram for a business, it's a luxury hotel with a restaurant, swimming pool and fitness center. The room is very cozy and basic amenities were provided in the room with a mini bar on charge. The bathroom was very hygienic with amenities. The food is very tasty and I will recommend it to my family. Since it is on the highway just a few km to nearby important temples. There is a hospital opposite the hotel too.

NorwayBooking information was not correct, rooms were ultra dirty - heavy wet ketchup and ash stains on table, bed was wrinkled indicating that the previous customer used sheets were smoothened but not replaced, difficult to open bathroom doors, heavy pounding and repairs during afternoon, swamp view, dusty windows, restaurant delays and not friendly and welcome staff. Front desk worked on accommodating some requests and housekeeping 2nd shift worked on cleaning up room.

IndiaStaff is not good especially the manager. We booked 2 rooms for 5 peope requesting extra beds and the manager is showing it is booked for two person for two rooms. I clearly mentioned and had a call with staff that my family is coming and they quarreled for that. I mean its customers choice if that is the case.

CanadaPoor wifi service, went to the buffet for breakfast did not receive any water, the service cups were very dirty, almost no food and had to ask every single time. It was below my expectation compared to the other places I stayed.
