We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn’t like the staff’s approach. I arrived early and requested an early check-in just to freshen up, as I had work until late night before returning to the hotel. However, they did not consider my request, even though I am a regular visitor, sometimes with my family. Instead, they demanded half of the room tariff, which made me uncomfortable. In addition, the breakfast and dinner were below expectations in both quality and service
My overall experience was not as good as I expected. The room was not very comfortable and could have been maintained better. The breakfast options were limited and did not feel fresh, which was disappointing. Dinner service was also below expectations in terms of both taste and timeliness. Overall, I feel the quality and service need improvement, as the stay did not meet the standards I was hoping for

Lights in the room not working properly. I was not given the room that i had chosen. I was told that they have upgraded me, but the terrace room felt more like a downgrade. The water from bathroom floor was leaking all over the bathroom. The furniture and bathroom fixtures had a worn-out look.
Location was convenient. Breakfast on day 1 & 2 was good.

AC was too cool, kettle was broken (but promptly fixed). Poor value for money. Lunch buffet is not worth the money, better food for a fraction of the price if you’re happy to eat outside.
Rooms were quiet, large and with comfy beds. Slept great. Breakfast buffet is good but make sure to include in the booking for good value. Swimming pool and well equipped gym with nice view.

Rooms are old, needs upgrades. Bathroom is not great. Bad design of shower stall leads to a lot of flooding. Towels are old and look used.

Everything was good in this hotel. ambience , food, hygiene , cleanliness , housekeeping staffs, security staffs etc.. breakfast spread was so many that i have never seen before. Value for money. Some of the restaurant staffs, especially one female junior staff(not sure of the name) acted very weird and was commenting some jokes on us with the junior chef who was at the omlette section. this happened right after i ordered one plain omelette and dosa. do we look like laughing piece of ****. i felt very embarassed. the receptions staffs were very attentive but they could be more smiling and warm.. they were not that polite , especially the male staff . Rest all good. Rooms were spacious, bath tub was nice. nice view from the room. very near to airport.. very near to shpping malls etc. Room service was simply superb.

Check in was very bad as room were not ready where in I check in after 12 hours of original time. They took 1 hour to ready the room after I landed at the hotel. In the middle of the night to make customer wait for one hour was not at all professional.

Rooms and toilets were not clean full of dust, didn’t expect that from a five star hotel. Staff were not able to understand English properly had to repeatedly ask for things at the restaurant

They charge service tax in all the food bills. The service is not that great too given the price they charge. Even for breakfast buffet which was chargeable for me, they added service charges. This is not good. Wifi signal is poor in the top floors and often gets disconnected. Bathrooms need maintenence as the bathtub was draining water even when closed and the shower head was clogged. We dont get the feel of a luxury hotel given the price they charge for everything.
The good thing about the hotel is their breakfast menu. There was a good spread both continental and Indian breakfast items.
