Swimming pool too deep. Far from market/center.

Peaceful, clean, beach-front resort. Excellent staff behaviour. Good for romantic get-away. Restaurant good.

The backyard entry to beach is not clean, the resort should manage this. The rooms were overpriced, size of room was small.

The location of the resort is perfect, beach is clean and there is less crowd. Staffs are courteous and well behaved.

Too much strictness at the pool side , I know cotton is not allowed but it was polyster but the lifeguard was very rude instead of informing us he was giving us warning ,Our egg preparation in the breakfast got delayed as the server gave it to different table and when it arrived it was not properly cooked as we said.

All of the staff were good but our inroom dining order got delayed by 1 hr ,In our room at night water was coming from the Ac so couldn’t sleep properly for the first night but Mr Basu helped us and changed our room next day which was great.

Beachside gate area of hotel was dirty, not sure why they do not clean it.

Breakfast was ok, not that great. Hotel ambience was good, liked the cafeteria. One can sit, have a drink and enjoy the sea.

The adjoining beach is not clean. Debris, wastes etc are scattered right at the gate to access the beach. Once you cross that it's all great! Not much outside view from rooms. However, the property is right on the shore so it's not much of an issue if view-from-room is not a priority.

Rooms were comfortable. ACs worked perfectly. And they undergo regular maintenance which is great! The quality and taste of food for most of the meals were great! And staff behaviour has also been great. We had chosen "queen rooms" but it was in the rear of the property (not recommended unless in large groups or couples /friends on a budget) so we upgraded to the frontal ones.

Maintenance of Swimming Pool is excellent. But sorry to mention that they are allowing smoking and drinking at pool side which should not be.

The café service is ABYSMAL ! Some of the resort staff are dumb, some are extremely rude and impertinent. Fortunately not all are like Atanu or Deenabandhu Ghosh. Breakfast is not fully served till 8:45 which I find far too late. Most places b’fast starts a t 7. Swimming pool timings seriously need to be changed. 10 am to 10 pm are ridiculous timings. Yet the board at the pool says 8am to 8 pm, which sounds reasonable to me. I had a very good time swimming in the sea

The location was amazing, right on the beach. The idea of hammocks is great! Rajesh Pradhan at the front Office was extremely polite and helpful. The room was fine with some toileteries included (I had opted for the cheapest room), but an electric kettle would have been nice.

Nothing much I must say. If anything at all then 1. The pool is small so 10 - 12 people can easily make it crowded on weekends specially. 2. Location - Takes 45 mins approx from Chaulkhola more, so the hotel is quite towards the end

1. Beach side- Hotel's back gate opens right into the beach 2. Food- Quality and quantity wise very good. Price more or less at par compared to standard restaurants ( eg Chili Fish- 250 , Veg pakora - 160 ). Booze available, complimentary breakfast buffet is satisfactory ( Items - Bread , Puri sabji , idle, tea, orange juice etc ) 3. Rooms - Bedsheet - Clean, AC- working, Bathroom - Clean , Toiletries - Provided, 2 Towels, extra pillow and blanket, Room size- On smaller side but manageable. ( Our Reference - Queen room ). 4. Behaviour - Decent and professional 5. Parking- Available both for bikes and cars. 6. Others - Swimming pool, small play area for kids, stage area ( if needed for any performance) , Open bar cum cafeteria ( beach front ) Overall - 8 out of 10 considering the price ( around 2500 for a queen size room from bookings.com )

Reaching the resort was difficult because the accesss road was very narrow and broken and there was no sign also. Anyone will miss the road and maneuvering your car in that tight spot is very difficult. Food was below average and overpriced. Room charges are also in a bit higher side compared to similar resorts/ hotels nearby.

The resort was clean, well organised & very near to the beach. Room was very spacious clean with all the necessary resources, clean beds-hits with clean bathrooms.Staffs were helpful & we’ll behaved. The swimming pool was clean well maintained. Access to beach is one of the best. The open resto-bar was also with great view of the beach.

Some of the promised items were missing from the breakfast menu (like Dosa), Also breakfast was a buffet system which we had to walk down to have, which was not mentioned earler. They had started some constuction work next to where we were having breakfast which caused some of the dust to come over to the open area where people were having food. A slight oversight which was corrected. Rest all was good.

The Rooms, cleanliness, The staff didnt ask for tips which is quite common in the area, we also saw that cleanliness was given a priority. It was a good experience.
