The hosts were very warm and took care of every aspect of our stay. Mr. Chinnaraj the owner of the property is one of the nicest person i have met. He has very good energy and always eager to help the guests in their needs and wants. Cook is fabulous and you get to eat very delicious and healthy food here. Overall our stay was very comfortable. Would like to visit this property again on my next visit to kotagiri. Would highly recommend for travelling with friends and family.

The property advertises a waterfall just 200m away, but in reality it’s almost 5 km, with the last stretch being unsafe. The stay is also on the costlier side – it would feel more worth it if the waterfall was actually close and private to the property.

Clean rooms, good food, and very helpful staff available 24/7. Peaceful location with a tea factory nearby that gives demos and explanations – a unique and interesting experience.

Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Limited lunch and dinner options with overpriced and large portions which we could not finish. Parking is a tight squeeze.

Breakfast was traditional South Indian and good .Also had bread /omlette and sandwich. Location was excellent , very quiet and beautiful to walk around, away from the noise of the town.

This is more like a home stay, than a resort. Its a small property with 4 rooms and they are still in the process of completing some of the construction works. The facilities in general are good, but I wouldnt put them at par with resort levels. Some of the things used appear a bit cheap. As indicated earlier, the food is a bit too pricey for the kind of property (example: pepper chicken was costing 600 rupees and even the chapathi price was >40, as far as I recall). May be more transparency on food pricing would be helpful for guests. Also there are no other good food options nearby.

The best part of this property is its location. The view from the room was absolutely amazing. The food, though a bit too pricey, was tasty. Staff were friendly.

Nothing as such. Only suggestion is to mention about the stairs for accessibility which was bit difficult for my mother to cover to reach to the room.

Overall it was a good stay. Very nice view, clean room, great hospitality. Most importantly the food was super yumm. Loved it.

I understand that we from the busy cities are obsessed with connectivity, hence the concern was only a wifi good enough to help us get through some important work .

The Owner , his wife and staff were very polite , helpful and amazingly honest. This would be the place to go to break from the choppy world elsewhere. Good food , excellent service . We even had food with the owners too. This made our visit even better . The staff are so overwhelming calm and loving . best wishes to them . The advice they give you is so good to go around . My pet even had special love and care .

Its an amazing property with a breath taking view. One can easily enjoy the holiday just by staying at this place and exploring the surroundings. You really dont need to go to all those crowded view points

The view from the room was absolutely stunning — waking up to the mist-covered valley was magical. The interiors were cozy and well-designed with a nice blend of rustic and modern elements. It was peaceful, private, and a perfect place to relax and disconnect from the outside world.
