The rooms must have a fan atleast. Darjeeling is hot in june, fans are a big help

The room was spacious, well maintained, spic and span. Clean bathrooms. Good service, good food. The caretaker Arjun is very helpful, cordial, friendly . Overall I am happy with my stay at this property. The location of the property is also good. 10 mins walking distance to Darjeeling station and 20 mins approx to mall road. You save cab fares and the walking keps you fit 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, and the food was another highlight—delicious and felt just like a home-cooked meal. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

Located in a small steep lane way so access with luggage is not easy however staff will help if they know when you're arriving/departing

The room was cold and damp at night as there was no heating. A heater was available for extra cost per hour but we opted not to use.

The location is on a slope. But its for most of the hilly and mountain hotels. heater is chargeable.

The ambience and overall hospitality was superb. bonus points for bedwarmers.

The water pressure was a bit less, no shower, and the place needs a little bit of maintenance but bearable.

The view was amaaazing!! Was able to see kanchanjunga from the balcony on a clear sky in the mornings. The staff were great, service was nice, an extra sofa cum bed was provided, the room can accommodate 3 person easily. The location was nice, walking distance from mall road and the center. Have a beer or two or a coffee in the balcony, sit with your friends or family and enjoy the great view. Shared kitchen is provided along with a fridge and a water filter.

The only drawback I felt was the distance. It's a Lil bit far from chowrasta so you have to walk a bit. But not a problem if you have a vehicle.

Really loved everything from the service of Michelle and her team to the majestic views from balcony. And Roshni the chef has the hands of God! Everything she cooks even tea is god smacking delicious. Will definitely come back.

The property has a bit of steep walk to get to, not recommended for anyone with slight mobility issues. The toilet, balcony and room, have a significant difference in height/level which can be a bit hazardous at night. And the water pressure was quite low.. I am being critical because, this place is worth the time and notice.

The place has two three rooms, which are thoughtfully and tastefully done. The balcony and its view was superb. And the best thing for me personally was the people taking care of the place and stay. They are attentive, caring, happy people, which makes everything much better. Wholesome tasty home cooked food!

There is no security in this property. No staff stays at Night at the property. Very far from the Mall Road.

The hotel is not on the main road, the vehicle can't go in the street as it's very narrow. Basic amenities like toiletries were not made available (previously used shampoo bottle, handwash was available). For a price of more than 4000 a day it was not a good thing. Also the bedsheets, sofa, carpets were unclean. We noticed that a dog had urinated in the lobby, it also left a few bones at our doorstep. Right beside our room on the ground floor on the left side, there was so much garbage left (broken door, and other stuff) which was also not professional.

Mr. Arjun was somewhat helpful, however he didn't show up at the time of checkout despite prior information, nobody was there, so we had to leave the keys.

Really bad experience they change my room when I arive at hotel don't even inform me in advance in 1or 2 days before 😒 and I already pay advance for my room but they give me a totally different room the room was ok ok but not Worthy of money.the food was not tasty and price was high

Poor experience. The property is not accessible by a cab. One has to walk around 150 metres down/up a steep slope. The property is also incomplete and under renovation. It isn't friendly to people with mobility challenges due to high and uneven stairs. The property comes without a heater/radiator as standard. The property should clearly mention that as one would expect it as a standard rather than as a chargeable amenity when the temperature was 9 deg cel at 9 p.m. and around 5 dec cel at 3 a.m. Gaps in the doors through which cold draughts come in and a big 8 inch diameter hole in the bathroom that was finally covered with a board dont make it any comfortable in the cold. No breakfast menu was provided even though it was a part of my rate. Had to figure out what was being provided by asking multiple questions to the caretaker.

The property has a good view like most other properties that are situated on the hillside.

The walk to the property was quite steep.

The room and bathroom both were spacious and clean, the view from the balcony was spectacular, on a clear weather one can enjoy the view of mount kanchenjunga right from the balcony. The owner and the staffs were amazing as well. the staffs were really sweet and helpful, specially a boy named Iswar was very polite and helped us throughout our stay.
