Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff Vengatesh is immature and unwelcoming. We checked in very late, past midnight, which might have disturbed his sleep. Next day morning he was alright.
Room cleanliness, location all are perfect and an excellent choice for families visiting the temple.

Booked for 4 adults, only one towel provided, requested for the the remaining 3 towels, refused and only one more provided. The reason given only 2 towels per room. No handwash in the bathroom, only two very small soaps provided.

Washing Machine can be replaced since it does not work well & AC in the second floor of the second bedroom needs to be repaired since it does not provide much cooling

Although a mosquito repellent was provided, there were still a lot of mosquitoes in the room, which needs to be addressed."
"The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the temple. We booked entire apartment and rooms were spacious enough to accommodate our family of four comfortably. All facilities were provided as shown on the website. The hotel staff were cooperative

Staff behaviour on understanding our issues. We were 4 and they asked us initially to adjust on sofa . In that case they should not give that flat for 4 pax. Sofa was small and it’s not sofa bed.. we booked for 4 people and toiletry and towels provided was for single person. When we asked , they mentioned they don’t have ..

The location is good and 5 mins walk from the south tower of Sri ranganthaswamy temple and the rooms are neat and clean. Basically, it is service apartment and rooms are very well suited for family visitors and all amenities are available for basic cooking like tea, coffee, etc.,

Parking was on the road and not within premises.
This place is just a walkable distance from the Sri Ranganathar temple. The rooms are spacious enough for a family and have attached toilets. Air Conditioners and a small kitchen equipped with basic utensils, fridge and gas stove are thoughtful additions. Many restaurants are nearby. Otherwise one has the option of Swiggy & Zomato. There is a small living room with a TV too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is not on premises and is on the road outside - that is the only drawback among many plus points. The entire booking, checkin and checkout process was smooth. I definitely recommend this.

None that I can think of.
Breakfast is not served here but there are a couple of good eating options at walking distance. It is not very far from the gopuram and the market. Overall, an excellent choice for families. We did stay at this property before so would highly recommend. We stayed in the ground floor room and there is a lift facility as well. Room is neat and the beddings also very well maintained.

We have stayed for 2 days.But they haven't cleaned the room in that 2days.
We had a nice comfortable stay. Its very near to srirangam temple with full of positive vibes. We have all the shops nearby. I strongly recommend this place for family stay.
