Bedsheet were torn and bleaching is missing, which appears black in color. Some sort of smell on pillows (May be old material). Toilet flush was broken and no intention to fix it. It is old property with great place but looks like owner Mr Firdaus could not able to manage facility team and vendors. Few more small small things which owner has to upgrade to make great place to stay. I shared my points to their team so hope we can see better things during next visit. Thanks

The room was not upto the mark as displayed in the pictures online. The bedsheets were torn and the bedsheets were too old and lot of smell was coming.. We didn't find the stay worth the money. Though the staff was friendly.

I missed the hot water in bathroom, at least no geyser as well as could not feel if water heating powered by solar. The other thing which was little disappointing for me was linen in room (Bedsheet, Blanket or Pillows & their cover) were old, with spots and bit yellowish due to their age; however, I got a set of linen on demand which was in little better condition.

I liked the location not too far from city centre of Panchghani and not too close where it's noisy due to city traffic, so it is very peaceful. The valley view from the room is awesome and the staff is very courteous. At backside good size pool and again very good open space to enjoy your tea, breakfast lunch or dinner with valley view.

The room needs maintenance, and the washroom door wasn't getting closed. Beds aren't clean as we were scratching. The bed size is very small for a couple also, if you are traveling with an infant then it is very, very difficult. Ants were there in the TV section, which we had to inform and get it cleaned. TV was not working, paid extra for AC The room is very small and congested for the price paid.

the rooms were poorly maintained. smelly and stained blankets were provided, got them changed. threads were coming out of bedsheets. walls were patched. rooms were different form the pics shown in site. no wifi in rooms.

The bathroom was a little smelly but was still fine but the electricity was the main problem, and the room was nit well taken care of, the rooms very pretty smelly as well.

Location excellent, valley view very good, hospitality too good, food also good, good pleasant climate even in summer. All things are worth, we even extended our stay for 1 more day

THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND LATER WHENI REACHED PAID THE ADVANCE BOOKING LATER WE HV BOOKED ANOTHER HOTEL WITH TWO DIFFERENT ROOMS AS NOTHING WAS AVAILABLE THAT MOMENT

I HAVE DONE THE BOOKING AND PAID IT ON 11th JAN AND CONFIRMED THEM VIA WHATSAPP SCREENSHOT OF PAYMENT. WHEN I REACHED THE LOCATION WOTH FAMILY THEY SAY ITS NOT CONFIRMED VIA BOOKING. COM AND WE DONT HV ANY ROOMS. JUST IMAGINE TRAVELLED FOR 9HOURS WITH A SMALL INFANT OF 1.5 YEARS OLD AND 11 YEAR OLD KID TIRING AND HECTIC DAY AND NO ROOMS JUST HOTEL NEGLIGENCE NOT TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER NEITHER CONFIRMED ON WHATSAPP .
