IndiaThere is scope for some improvement. They could provide with some basic toileteries kit as there was only 1 liquid soap dispenser. Some fittings need to be given attention to.
Hotel location is good, rooms are spacious and the complimentary breakfast was healthy and delicious with limited options. The staff , especially Mr. Raghuram was very helpful and co-operative. Their team is good and with some renovations they will go a long way. All the Best for a prosperous business.

India7000+ Rs for two nights is worthless. No towels provided. No fan or AC. Room was freezing cold. And smelling fungus due to moisture accumulation. Cable never worked right. Every 2 seconds it used to get reset. Worst experience. Breakfast was shitty. There is no breakfast arranged. It was like you need to ask. Low quality breakfast. Hot water was not available 24/7. Even third class hotel have hot water running .

IndiaOne of the worst hotel. Avoid booking a stay at this hotel at any costs. The money spent was not worth of it. There won't be hot water available, and you'll need tospend at least 30 minutes following up with them in the morning. Hot water will be available only one hour in the evening so be prepared to experience the cold kodaikanal water if you are booking in this hotel. Hotel staff are incredibly careless and you will not get any response from them if you raise any complaints.They will be rude in person but at the time of booking or any enquiry they will be very friendly but that is fake. The rooms are not clean and worst in condition. Your holiday will be ruined if you book this hotel.
