Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Nothing to highlight as not likable. But compared to the price we paid i think minimum 2 bottles of complementary water bottles could have been provided.
Room was neat and clean, food was good. Hosts were cordial. Parking space was there.

The entrance to the property could be improved. There was no clear signage, making it difficult to locate. The property is situated down a small path from the highway, and the only indicator was a small flex hanging from a tree, which was hard to spot.
We had a wonderful experience! The location was ideal, and the hospitality was exceptional. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The homemade food was delicious, and the kids loved the play area right outside our rooms. Safety and security measures were impressive. Overall, our stay was cozy and enjoyable.

Hotel is located near to Mapro Garden at Panchgini. Vienna lake and Wilson point are close to this property. We stayed in a Premium Room and there is plenty of space outside for kids and pets to play. Cleanliness is maintained very well. Food quality is also very good. Staff behaviour is excellent as well. Overall, this property is recommended for family with little kids or pets who are looking to just spend some leisure time away from our day-to-day busy lives.

Few meters of the road to the property is not good. Also, the quality of the bed not up to the mark.
It was a good place to stay little away from the busy area. The hosts were excellent and food prepared by them were very tasty.

We liked the hospitality. Aunty makes the best Aloo Parathas. Overall it was a good experience staying there. Would definitely recommend this place.

From Main Road to hotel the road was a mud road like 150mts. That's not a big problem as you can drive through.
The property location was good & the rooms were also very nice with clean toilets which included basic toilettes. The owner & staff was very friendly & helpful. Location was good as everything was nearby.

food was served in parts as and when we requested they started making it which took too much time. the 2nd floor climb with all our luggage was a little tough for some of the group since there was no elevator.
since we came a little early they gave us a choice of rooms. we were a large group and they accommodated us well. check in was easy and they helped us settle.

the breakfast was very limited, the entry point from the main road was very narrow and dangerous to a point due to oncoming traffic

Limited availability of hot water (7-9 AM). The road to the property itself, about 100 meters or so, is a narrow dirt path that's difficult to navigate. While we appreciated the service, it's honestly a bit overpriced.
Great views (in the rooms with balcony), conveniently located between Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar. Staff is extremely helpful, the service is great, and there's decent food available if you place the order early enough.

Hotel Mount View is a spectacular hotel with great views of the mountain. The room is clean, comfortable and convenient. The balcony is a great spot to watch the sun rise and set every day. Nilesh and his wife are wonderful, they went beyond expectations to meet my needs. His wife makes the most wonderful food to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
