Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IndiaThere was issue with the tap we mentioned them on the first day and it was not repaired till the day we left. Also , we asked them to clean and it was not done due to some misunderstanding at their end.
We had booked 2 king room with breakfast and dinner ( 3 nights). Food was extremely good with variety in breakfast as buffet and for dinner , though buffet was not available but what ever you want to have was delicious ( as per your package). Room was spacious with double bed 2 seater sofa and study table with balcony for 2 chairs. Location was some what challenge with 600 m of steep descending and ascending as on the mountain with 3-4 blind cuts. Staff was courteous and available to help. One thing to note it isthe location where normal market is not available except for a small shop.

IndiaInitially we felt as if this was the worst decision of our lives because of the steep road which takes you towards the hotel, then the second problem was that they did not have a card machine something which is a very basic thing to be taken care of, another problem was that they were short on staff and communication was difficult. Rooms were nice but basic maintenance was not there such as there was no telephone to contact the reception or the restaurant, they had a television in which you were expected to add your own OTT credentials.
There were few positives as well such as the food, the view from the balcony and that the owner was trying to take care of her guests despite no support from others. I would recommend that if you want to go and stay in a property which offers all this then go ahead. Otherwise if you're someone who wants a place from where commuting is easy then this is not the place. One piece of advice for the hotel owner would be to hire a small car for getting the guests from the top if you're charging 5000 for a room.
