Most of the staff do not speak English which was a challenge specially when trying to deal with regards to payments, checking in and out. Also seems the staff needed to keep calling management to get basic directions on matters such as payments, check in and checkout. The process needs to be improved; they intially asked for payment upfront but when the payment was done deferred the receipt to the end. The receipt should be issued upon receiving the payment.

Facilities were very good and clean. The property is well-maintained.

We had a splendid time staying in Jaipur with Mukam at Kanak Vilas. The staff was very welcoming and especially Dilkush made our stay unforgettable with his service. Breakfast and Dinner were always very delicious. We loved staying here and will definitely come back next time we’re in Jaipur and in the meantime we recommend the property to everyone who wants to visit Jaipur.

Though staff are present to help you with your luggage, be aware that there is no lift. So this property may not be suitable for wheelchair/access if fully booked, though I believe there are 2 rooms available on the ground floor

Dilkush was a brilliantly attentive staff member, and helped me at every step of the way from check in to check out which I wholly appreciate it. The location was excellent, away from the hustle and constant bustle of the pink city, but only a 15 minute uber ride away. Perfectly situated between the city and the airport, about 20 minutes away. This hotel is tucked away up a side street and can be a little difficult for the driver to find at first. However once checked in it is in a good location for sightseeing and town centre via tuk tuk. No safe in room but a cupboard that does lock.

This is a lovely new boutique hotel full of charm and character. The room was spacious with fresh modern Indian interiors and beautiful block printed bed linen to compliment a luxurious bed. All the staff were very helpful and engaging and the breakfast and food menu a good standard. Hot water and internet were both good during my stay.

There is a pump, probably for water, that runs 8am-9.30 pm and it makes a thudding noise that is annoying

It is a pet friendly property. They had a friendly dog but it did disturb us in the morning by barking in the morning. However, the staff tried their best to make our stay pleasant.

Whilst the vilas are in a lovely quiet location, to reach them you have to walk along a busy main road.

It was a bit difficult to control the water flow in the shower that would change from hot to cold.

The breakfast was a nice variety and was not the same every day. Our room was spacious and well maintained. We liked the overall decor of the place...even the dog on the balcony brought a smile to our face. We also ordered dinner, although advance notice needs to be given, and enjoyed the delicious local dishes at reasonable prices. Communication via whatsap was also convenient whenever we needed anything: transport to be arranged or additional blanket as it was cold at the time of our visit and we were not properly geared.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was excellent, and the staff was incredibly kind and well-mannered, always ready to assist with a smile. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was very comfortable, spacious, and clean—perfect for a relaxing stay. The only suggestion I have is to include breakfast as part of the stay package, which would make the experience even better. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again!
