Nice room, well maintained hotel. Everything was clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. We had requested for a packed breakfast to reach airport on time and they accommodated that request. In house Hotel was good.

Excellent hotel in Namchi. In a nice village about 2.5 km away from Namchi market. Namchi Rose Garden is about 2.5 km, walkable from the hotel. Very good & helpful staff. Modern & clean rooms. Clean linen, towels. Overall really nice to stay.

BREAKFAST WAS SUPERB WITH LOTS OF OPTIONS. VERY TASTY FOOD. BED WAS VERY COMFY. LARGE ROOM WITH BIG WINDOWS. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED.

Rooms are well laid out taking care of all requirements viz seating, work desk, TV etc. and excellent views.

Modern, clean and very comfortable! The food is good, mountain views are unforgettable and hotel slightly out of main town square - allows for calm at the end of the day. Additional highlight has to be the warm + hospital hotel team - special shout out to Siwakar for his attentiveness and willingness to help . Recommend staying here

New hotel with beautiful mountain views. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and luxurious. I would definitely stay again at this lovely place.

It got very cold especially at night and there is no real heat available, however they did provide a small area heater which helped immensely but since the room was quite large and it was quite frigid outside (9 celsius), it was still cold. They also provided extra bed blankets( comforters) which also helped. The spa could use improving as well as the spa staff.

The mountain view from our room was breathtaking. Location was great. The size of the room and the size of the bathroom was spacious. The staff were polite, friendly and accommodating as well as the staff of the restaurant. The food was also good.

The only problem is that they do not have the geyser fitted in the bathroom. Every time you have to call at the reception for hot water and wait for 10-15 mins to get it.

The hotel is nice. It is a new property. The facilities are pretty impressive. The staff are good. Food is excellent. I had booked a suit for 31st December to 1st January.

Some of the dishes for dinner tasted generic and similar. A little variety in gravies and spices used would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely loved the view from our room. The friendliness of staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the amenities were just spectacular. They went out of their way just to pack some breakfast for us as we were leaving early.

The common and living spaces were like that in a 5 star hotel! The staff was wonderful and the place gets full points for cleanliness and maintenance. The food was good too. This is simply an extremely high quality accommodation in a relatively affordable range.
