PolandHot water is available only one 6.30 to 8.30 so you need to spoil your sleep and wake up in your vacation to take bath . In the evening hot water is available only at 8 -9 pm There is no gidger or system to all time hot water to wash hands or other things you willl freeze to cold. Bed has one blanket in other hotels they have extra blakets to put under while sleeping. No good heater we were so much in cold and sick that we went to other city and we were whole jight could not sleep. They are rude and very much racist they saw people from other state and country and they harassed us .

IndiaFirst of all when i booked the hotel i call them and asked them about how far is the location from city centre and is it good with kids and family friendly.they told me to cancel the booking by booking.com and come direct as i was unaware with there theif mindset i did it, we are 6 adults and 3 kids age 4-4-7 and 2 infants. Now when i booked they told me geyser is available at ur room and heater is available but after check in they have given me rooms on there basement floor which is under construction and that to they have rooms on upper floors ill attach pics, that floor is under construction not safe for us and after check in they asked me to pay 500 pr room for room heater and when i asked for geyser they tell we dont have that u can wakeup at 7 am and take bath n all till 8am we will propvide u hot water main darjeeling first time gaya tha subah 7 baje uthke nahane nahi ghoomne hill station par aap bachho ko bhi subah uthake nilane nahi lag jaouge does this make sense. And there manager shyam singh is so rude he doesn’t even know the meaning of hospitality his attit Towards us is like hes giving a stay to us as free.he talking badly and in loudly such a unmannered person he was. And when we asked for food he said no we dont give food to ur room u have to com upstairs 4 floor and my wife shes having fever 103 degree i asked him to just send for her he denied then my wife went for the food to there restaurant at 4 floor they make her sit for 45 min and didnt provide any food she asked them to serve anything fast whichever is possibe but after 45 min she came back downstairs to the room nothing provided then i called at reception they said sir ho raha hai bann raha hai . Now the location of this hotel is not near to mall road darjeeling it takes 30 min to drive from main city centre mall road area and there are no vehicles available like public transport or any taxi and the road which this hotel is located its one way so it will take more time to reach city.
Nothing this resort stay was a nightma To me or my family worst experience of my life till date in any hotel trap hotel it is. When we are checking out i met another group of guest they also told this same happens with them to pathetic plz dont go for it, staff pathetic- hospitality pathetic-there manager Shyam singh hes dont know how to behave and talk to people one of the worst relationship manager i have seen in any hotel or resort . Also when we checked in we have our 2 month old shitsu puppy dog they charged 1000 pr day for that puppy to stay. 0 in every manner It was my first visit to Darjeeling but just because of this hotel and stay it pissed me off and my experience of Darjeeling is worst like hell.

IndiaAbsence of reception manager/staff during the stay. It was run by a catering staff who had no knowledge of reception desk. The designated manager was also not available to sort out problems/issues. His behaviour was rude. check out was delayed due to unprofessional knowledge of the management. Refund of my excess payment is yet to be done. Treebo trend has not taken necessary action as yet. Further, basement rooms were given which were not prepared. Bathroom doors had no locking device from outside which is absolutely surprising. One room did not have 15-amp point for heater. TV was not available. Point for electric kettle was unserviceable in one room. Rooms are spacious but facilities are not at all satisfactoy.

GermanyTurns out that the property does not follow conditions from booking about the prepayment. This means booking will tell you that you have made a confirmed booking and there’s no prepayment needed. You pay at the time of check-in. However once you have done the booking, you will be spammed multiple times a day by the property directly to make the payment up-front. These messages will intensify and you will be told that your booking will be cancelled if you do not do so. I set in touch with booking.com about the issue. I was reassured multiple times that everything is fine. What happened when I reached the property? Surprise surprise! My reservation was cancelled. And that’s how I did ruined my vacations! Furthermore, the property is non-responsive to communications directly from booking.com and clearly refuses to follow the guidelines and standards set by booking!
I can’t really like anything about the property if I don’t get to stay in it even with a confirmed booking.
