Bathrooms are typical of similar hotels in India, the shower isn't enclosed and will wet a large part of the bathroom. The water heater, called geyser in India, isn't on by default, needs to be switched on.

This is a good hotel for Kalyani, the town it is in. It is close to the All India Medical College, slightly recessed from the freeway. Well constructed building. There is an onsite restaurant with bar. Breakfasts are good, especially for simple items like Omelets, toast and tea.

There is an electric kettle in each room, which is nice. It would be good to provide a tea bag and a single use coffee pouch in the room, which will cost only additional 3-4 rupees. But it will make it convenient for the guests. The restaurant at the hotel opens at 8:00 am for the breakfast. That is a bit late for a workday. Perhaps its opening at 7:30 am would be better.

I needed the hotel only for sleeping at night. I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm, after a long day of work, and checked out the next morning at 9:00 am. The hotel had almost everything to make my short stay comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was very good at the restaurant at the hotel.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and this time it was more comfortable than my first one, which was already pretty good. In my opinion it is quite good, and very good compared to others in the area. And it's reasonably priced too.

There was no shower in the bathroom, wifi connection was disrupted for a long period. Hangers for clothes missing.

Every thing was upto the mark. The behavior of all the staffs was note worthy. The food quality was also very good. Services were also pleasent. Food prices was high, I expect a decline in food prices during my next visit. Overall enjoyed my stay.

There was no.free.breakfast provided, which was promised by the Genius loyalty program of booking.com. The hotel and booking.com must come to a converging point on this. It is not nice to list it on the server, and then do nothing about it.

Given the other options in the area, this was a very nice hotel, with comfortable AC room, clean linens, and other basic room amenities. The bathroom appeared a bit damped, and hence was wet all the time, but it was nothing to make you uncomfortable. I used the hotel essentially as a place to sleep at night, and I would consider it very good for that purpose, compared to other places nearby and considering the price.

Incorrect Info: There is no Free Airport Shuttle. Shuttle charges are higher than uber. Poor cleaning, insects, mushrooms growing, previous guests smoked in the room, no iron available. Requested for early check-in two days in advance- reception forgot and was stranded outside hotel early morning. Called repeatedly to get in and got a not cleaned room to stay in till actual check-in time as no rooms were reserved for me.

It’s a very shabby hotel. The property is not clean. Bedsheets and duvet have stains. Lot of insects flying in the bedroom. The room smells of cigarettes.

I stayed for only one day(19th July evening 6pm checked in) and checked out on 20th July morning 9am. I had originally booked for 2 days(19th to 21st july). However I didn't get any refund on the one day less stay. Also they further charged for the dinner and breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Location near AIIMS Kalyani was good.
