We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

They are still under renovation. Restaurant not working...they are bringing food from outside...but they manage to get you breakfast before 8 am...

KuwaitRoom was okay, but could have been managed better. There was water dripping from somewhere; after I called, they tried to fix it. The staff members were polite and helpful, but if the property were better maintained, the stay would be much more enjoyable. I have booked many times through Booking.com, but lately I feel the site is not as reliable. The ratings shown do not seem to reflect the actual condition of the property.

Well maintained and newly renovated property in the main city and everything monument is in vicinity. New owners are very nice and kind hearted. Working staff is very helpful. Highly recommended.

IndiaThe reception staff was very friendly, the bedsheets and towels were all new.Rooms was clean and best part easily access to all major places.They arranged the cab for local sightseeing.I was 3 hours late for checkout and thought they would charge extra like other hotels but they just waved it off as I requested. I would like to visit here again and would suggest everyone.

IndiaWe checked in the hotel around 8.30 PM after our sight seeing we wer very tired but the staff made us wait for more than 2hours for an extra bed when ever we call he said 2mins the room boy is coming to the room to deliver but no one turned up. When I went down to check the staff is saying there is only 1 room boy hence it took so much tym , very bad hospitality.
We were told breakfast will be served after which the staff said it’s not a part of our room package
