I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Najaf Palace in Ajmer, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The hotel's location is perfect, with the famous Ajmer Sharif Dargah just a stone's throw away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the modern amenities you'd need. The staff at Hotel Najaf Palace are truly the stars of the show! They're warm, welcoming, and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone is friendly and courteous. The food at the hotel's restaurant is delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste and dietary requirement. The breakfast spread is particularly impressive, with a variety of local and international dishes to start your day off right. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel hu Najaf Palace to anyone visiting Ajmer. It's a wonderful place to stay, with a great location, excellent facilities, and outstanding service. Can't wait to come back and stay here again!

I wasn't fussy. My experience was great.

Staff was excellent. At reception Ali was great. Room service/ house keeping Waseem was excellent. This hotel is at walking distance from Ajmer Dargah Shariff. Trust me. Excellent location as it's noise free and away from the crowd. Near Delhi Gate. They have pick/drop service to Kishangarh Airport as well. I was a solo traveller and have only JAIN FOOD. They served me JAIN FOOD. NO ONION NO GARLIC which was just excellent and tasted lovely. Highly recommend this hotel.

Being inside the old city, our window was in a dark courtyard. But everything was very clean and very silent

The staffs are amazing! Hotel manager, Shariff and especially Wasim (what a nice, honest guy!) really went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay in the hotel. He helped us to arrange for transports, get things etc. I booked 2 rooms for my family - they're clean & nice, and the hotel feels very safe! Btw car couldn't get in the hotel as it was just next to the dargah. Having said that, it's very near the drop off point and the hotel staffs came and helped us to carry all the luggages to the hotel. I almost changed hotel but so happy that we chose to stay despite having a lot of luggages + twin babies on a double stroller.

The staff are very nice and helpful. They offered us drinks each and every time we entered the property after we came back from exploring the city which exceeded our expectation. The smart tv in the room is also a strong plus point for a budget hotel like this. Above all we are happy with the cleanliness of the room, the shower room and the comforfable bed. Thank you to all the staff and the mabagement team who i think are very professional in their job. I dont remember all their names. The one that I do remember is wasim. To the owner of the hotel who we met during his visit to the hotel, you should be proud of your team!!

Receptionist/owner Mr. Shariq and other attendants are very cooperative and disciplined. They are welcome with good quality liquor tea and water. Hotel newly constructed. Knows that it is five months to start. A food facility is also available with its own restaurant. The food is good and the price is reasonable. Best wishes them.
