Though Chennai has a very humid climate the Hotel is surrounded by trees and plants which gives a shady and cool temperature.

I did not avail Breakfast and the location is in a prime place in metropolitan city of Chennai. Easy accessible with greater connectivity and nearby to Airport.

Car Parking is cramped and available only for 3 cars. Hence getting the car park for your car may be difficult. Roads in front were bumpy and lot of dust. Your car will be totally dusted in less than 2 hours Intercom was not working Water was provided after we specifically asked for. Toiletries (soap etc.) may be provided for the amount they are charging as daily rent Security person was docile and has to know the etiqquette for dealing with different types of travellers

Property is good despite space constraint in the area where it is situated. Nice mango tree behind the property was cool and natural despite being in a crowded area. The area being important one the road conditions at present very bumpy and dusty is expected to be made nice and excellent in a short time. Potential to become an excellent property is there

The area was quite dusty , mattresses still had plastic , no proper flowing water after midnight , the guy serving breakfast banged your door at 8 am , I was called 3 times to check out on the day I was leaving.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable and They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and front office staff also very friendly with us, I highly recommend this naksha tree hotel-ramapuram to anyone. main highly attracted part of this hotel was there parking gardening area covered the trees with small lights at night time ❤️😍

Impressive management at Hotel Naksha Tree The team goes out of their way to ensure everything runs smoothly, and it’s clear they care deeply about guest satisfaction. I had a minor issue during my stay, and the management handled it immediately with such professionalism and care. The way they treat their guests sets this hotel apart from others. Truly excellent leadership.. at night we can enjoy the lighting view in mango tree, that attracted us much more..AND FINALLY LOVED THE STAY WITH MY PARTNER

I had a lovely stay at Naksha Tree Ramapuram hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities provided were great, and I particularly loved the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was incredibly courteous and always available to help. The cleaning toilet and room so pathetic. I found lists of hair and previous customers stain on all over on bed sheets, blankets and pillow cover after when the staff said your room ready, and toilet seat was fully yellow stain not at all cleaned. The sealing fan inside the room was too noisy. The water pump outside while working making huge sounds that never let you sleep peacefully.

There is not even a single that’s good about the property , reception guy looks like drunker doesn’t understand anything totally creepy guy, security please don’t kill the old people. Rooms is worst than a corporation washroom no water facility beds haven’t been cleaned for ages not sure how many people have slept before hairs everywhere. This place only meant to a lodge for prostitution and garbage cleaning. Absolutely waste of money!
