Comentario auténticoEl alojamiento por el precio que tiene y el hecho de estar en la india es bastante apañado , las habitaciones están limpias y son modernas , el servicio es muy muy atento , tanto en recepción como en las instalaciones ,los chicos de las maletas te llevaban las maletas en todo momento , entre barro o como fuese , y una de las mujeres que trabaja allí que pudo ver lo poco apetecible que nos pareció el desayuno y nos mandó hacer una tortilla francesa para nosotros , la ubicación está en pleno main bazar cerca de la parte marchosa y enfrente de la estación de Delhi lo que hace muy sencillo hace turismo
El desayuno fue horrible sobretodo si eres europeo , menos mal que una mujer nos vio desencajados y mandó hacernos unas tortillas francesas porque sino no había forma de comer nada , tienen una máquina moderna de café y chocolate que era lo que nos iba a salvar pero estaba rota , la ubicación es céntrica pero da bastante respeto el callejón que hay que atravesar para llegar al hotel por la oscuridad y la suciedad , aunque no es lo que parece luego el hotel es muy bonito , por decir algo de la habitación , no tiene ventanas y el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir hay que dejarla correr como 5 min para que sea totalmente caliente

Comentario auténticoLa comida buenísima y barata. El personal excelente Nos hicieron muy buen cambio de moneda. Nos proporcionaron el taxi para ir y venir del aeropuerto y súper bien de precio y de calidad de servicio.
El único problema, aunque no fue ningún problema, es que los tuc tuc o el coche no llega al hotel, y hay q callejear un poco, pero vale la pena cuando llegas al hotel. Y además si contratas con el hotel el taxi, te llega el servicio del hotel hasta el coche y te acompaña hasta el hotel y es una maravilla.

El hotel está muy limpio y la ducha tiene mampara. En general relación calidad precio muy recomendable. Están construyendo una azotea que cuando la tengan será fantástica.

El hotel no se encuentra donde indica, esta en un callejón típico de la zona no válido para aprensivos y por supuesto no accesible. El desayuno no merece la pena y los botones siempre piden propina. Me llegó al Ia siguiente del check out un WhatsApp diciendo que era el director del hotel (dándome mis datos) para que confirmara los datos de la tarjeta. Avise al hotel y me dijeron que no hiciera caso que estaba pasando en todos los hoteles

Comentario auténticoLa ubicación es perfecta si, como nosotros, quieres utilizar la estación central New Delhi, pero hay muchas más opciones en la zona que estoy seguro que tratarán mejor al cliente.
Si podéis, no vayáis a este hotel. No he puesto un comentario nunca, pero aquí me veo obligado, y seré objetivo narrando los hechos. Al llegar, un amplio staff en el que, por supuesto, no había mujer alguna, solo se dedican a intentar proponerte cosas, excursiones, etc, algo habitual. Sin embargo, aquí tienen un cartel que en letras enormes pone que si pierdes la tarjeta son 500 rupias, y en letra mínima que solo limpian la habitación si lo solicitas (habitaciones que, por cierto, no tienen ventanas), algo muy indicativo de la realidad de este establecimiento: solo buscan sacarte el máximo. No te informan, bastante entretenidos están con informarte de extras, nunca de servicios, y, por supuesto, no me limpiaron la habitación. Pedí que lavandería, y me dijeron que 30 rupias las piezas menores, 50 el resto y que a las 11.00 am estaría en mi habitación. Pues bien, dimos 26 piezas (te las cuentan) y además de dejar la ropa igual (mal lavada) y teniendo que ir yo a recogerla por la tarde, ya que no la llevaron, me cobraron 1400 rupias, que da igual, pero fueron incapaces de dármela desglosada y entonces empezaron a decir (todo por Whatsapp) que eran 40 las pequeñas y 60 las grandes, como cuadraba dijeron que cada pieza eran siempre 50, hasta un calcetín, aún así 26x50=1.300, no 1.400. Todo 'equivocaciones'. A partir de ahí, y una vez que ya había abandonado India, me escribieron por Whatsapp pidiendo que no hiciera comentario alguno (todo lo tengo por escrito), montando un teatro solo comparable a su hall, e incluso con coacciones. Yo insistí en que me desglosaran la cuenta, ya de todo, cosa que hasta hoy no han hecho.

Comentario auténticoLa ubicación es muy cómoda , aunque la entrada el primer día, para un europeo puede resultar chocante , desde que ves la puerta del establecimiento la impresión cambia . Es cómodo y el personal es muy servicial y atento . Intentaron atender todas las cuestiones que planteamos , desde tarjeta sim , que nos proporcionaron viniendo a traerlas , a cambio de moneda , hasta planificar desplazamientos e itinerario y transfer desde aeropuerto . También el desayuno es bastante completo. Ofrece opciones de desayuno americano y agua embotellada cada día. Abdul nos ayudó especialmente , nos dio recomendaciones sobre itinerarios y nos programó alojamientos y desplazamientos con un conductor privado adaptado a nuestra ruta deseada y el número de días . Nos facilitó su teléfono y se mostró interesado por atender nuestras necesidades.
No podríamos resaltar nada, teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel en India . El baño muy correcto. Limpio y con agua caliente .

Comentario auténticoBuena ubicacion, al lado de la estacion de tren y de Ratan Market. Cerca de Connaught place. La atencion en el servicio es buena, tienen predisposicion a agradar al cliente y hacerle sentir comodo. Las instalaciones son correctas.
La limpieza se puede mejorar. Pero nos consta que en el momento de nuestra estacia se estaban realizando obras en alguna habitacion cercana.
