IndiaThere were no windows in the room and it was bit suffocating when a family of 4 are there in the room. The staff said there is only 1 room in the whole premise which has a window. We did not take that as there were no mosquito mesh. The TV in the room was not recharged. Though they mentioned it will be taken care, but it was not done. This is not of that importance, but kids wanted to be engaged and hence the reason mentioning this point. There was no parking space near the hotel which was a big drawback. We had to park (paid parking space) about half a km away and had to carry our luggage's all the way to the hotel. By around 10pm, we were advised to park near the hotel when the nearby shops were closed.
The hotel was very very near to the temple and a small restaurant for food. This really saved a lot of time to commute. From just temple visit point of view, this hotel serves the purpose. Please do not set any other expectations beyond. Its worth the amount paid for the proximity. The staff was polite, cordial and very helpful. Would like to appreciate a gesture shown by one of the staff who dropped me to the parking lot in his 2 wheeler. It was just half a km away. Still would like to appreciate the help extended.

SwitzerlandI asked for an early check-in and never got an answer, when I arrived it wasn‘t possible. the staff speaks very little english - but they try their best to help. it was not clean at all - other peoples hair in the bathroom, on the floor and even on the bedsheets (next to stains)
it‘s location is quite good - about a 3 min walk from the meenakshi amman temple.
