Such friendly staff, from the check-in team, to room service staff and those who worked at breakfast. Everyone was really helpful about making the most out of being in Jaipur and couldn’t do enough to help us and feel comfortable and welcome. The location felt like a retreat within a city and was very relaxing.

Only place we’ve stayed in India so far that didn’t have UK 3-pronged plugs - staff were able to provide a converter for a USB.

It’s a heritage property with peacocks and garden with limited guests which makes it so special. Right in middle of the city but with still so quiet.

This was my 3rd stay but everytime I go there, it keeps getting worse. Bedsheets, towels sofa have not even been cleaned to hygiene. Bathtub had sand & shower was stinking. toilet flush has not been working alrite past 3 visits in last 18months & they have not tried to fix it. Morning breakfast is absolutely limited with staff having minimal hospitality.

The Hotel is glorious . The staff all so kind and friendly . Nothing was too much trouble. It really is an Oasis in the middle of Jaipur. This is our second trip to Jaipur and we will definately return to the Hotel Narain Niwas . It has an old world charm about it and the food is reasonably priced and very good . The restaurant and bar at the end of their drive are exceptional. We felt as two ladies in our sixties travelling on our own very safe and secure at all times and well looked after We did visit more formal larger hotels while in Jaipur but far preferred here. The ambience and warmth here is superb.. Hotel Narain Niwas a BIG thank you .

First and foremost, the service level, it was exemplary. The property is beautiful! The food was exceptional; we only stepped out once to have a meal elsewhere! The location is perfect - one can explore the city easily from this address. Thank you.

    Nothing comes to mind.

The heritage building is beautiful, and the staff were amazing, so attentive and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms nice with excellent water pressure in the showers. There was a lot of green garden space to hang out and play games, and the coffee shop is beautiful, with nice food. There's a whole set of restaurants and shops attached to the hotel which were nice to visit.

Unfortunately, when we stayed there, Jaipur had unprecedented rain on two days, which meant the long walks between rooms were painful to navigate, especially since the polished stones could get slippery. Accessibility is not great, with lots of small sets of steps up and down to the dining room, to the rooms, and a short steep slope up from the car drop off point. This did have a good railing, but other places did not. The flooding also made the bathroom smell bad, and apparently disabled the main kitchen so we were unable to get dinner, finally just eating what they had on hand. It was very kind of the staff to scramble and feed us something, but it was definitely a shock in such a luxury property. They offered us high tea on the house to compensate the next day, but the day after the kitchen was out of commission again from the rain.

The building is beautiful. The pool was much-needed in the heat. Staff were all very lovely. An oasis from the bustling city. Great breakfast.

The wifi and shower were a bit temperamental.

Spacious room and bathroom. I was in the old wing on the second floor.

The art paintings on the roof and wall were kinda dilapidated. Didn't expect it in this type of hotel. It can be better maintained.

A beautiful, calming oasis in the centre of the chaos that is Jaipur. Surrounding by trees, nature and Jaipurs heritage. Would highly recommend. The food was great also

Would have liked breakfast to have been included with the prices we are paying,

Central and the gardens are beautiful. It was so nice being able to sit outside in the gardens.

The buildings, especially the spa area, needs some TLC

The property is top notch. Pure royal feel in the midst of the city. The staff is very polite and the ambiance is mesmerising.

Breakfast quality for South Indian items needs improvement and the curtains are slightly small which misses to cover some parts of the gate and window.
