The manager would keep the rest of the money (about 30 Rs in my case) as a 'gift' because he did not find the change, so please bring change with you. Sometimes you can hear shouting in the hall at night. The rooms were small with not much space to move it, and the beds were hard. The bathroom is relatively small as well.

The employees and manager were straightforward and did not try changing prices or booking as many other hotels have begun doing with online bookings. They also directly gave me my room key without any delay after the payment and ID verification. The room was clean, small but had a TV and free WiFi functionality. Could work for a short stay.

their behaviour too bad, about cleanliness totally 0, they charges more money ...we stayed there for 2 days for the first day they provide us a room with shared bathroom but we paid for private bathroom...when we ask this on the second day then they provide us private bathroom but charges extra 200 rupees also the bathroom was not clean

It was a great stay, manager Mr Mukherjee is an exceptional hospitality leader with sense of perfect care taking of it's guests, Dormitory bed was neat & clean, i stayed here with confidence in safety, i stayed here multiple times, every staff was friendly as usual, whenever i will come back to kolkata, i will syrely stay here
