We are delighted that you appreciated our prime location which dates back to the 17th century and is one of the few hotels in Fort Kochi that sits facing the Chinese fishing nets. It is great to learn that you thoroughly enjoyed the surroundings and also enjoyed walking along the seafront in the evening. With reference to your suggestion regarding the room, Our property, being a heritage hotel, strives to maintain its historical charm while ensuring modern comfort. However, We aim to ensure that the fort reflects its authentic past rather than undergoing extensive modernization. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated the charming colonial structure, its thoughtful renovation, and the excellent location near the Chinese Fishing Nets and other iconic attractions. Regarding your concerns, we have investigated the matter with our reservations team. Our records show that your initial booking was made for 2 adults through an online travel portal. Later, you requested from our reservations team a room with a single bed for an additional adult. At the time, all single-bedded rooms were already booked, and our team informed you about the availability of double-bedded rooms. Since no single-bedded rooms were available, you requested to stay in the same room you initially booked. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the taxi driver and the stress it added to your journey. Please rest assured that your feedback has been shared with the property manager to ensure steps are taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.
