There were 1 or 2 cockroaches, there was no fan, AC was hardly cooling. Bathroom was not very clean.

I stayed in this hotel in 2017. Back then everything was new and very clean. Now everything is damp and smells moldy. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the hotel in this condition.

The Toilet door handle is broken, and the washbasin tap water directly splashing on clothes.

Break facilities are not available. The location is quite good. But i found cockroaches in the toilet and a bad smell emanating from toilets.

The room could have been cleaner, there were small cockroaches crawling around, hair lying around on the floor. The drawers of one of the two side tables had come off and had not been refitted. The room lacked an electric kettle with tea and coffee sachets...this is now commonly provided by all hotels.

Good location, on the main street in Peenya industrial area, well connected to public bus transport and the subway station. The manager at the reception was very helpful in providing information about public transportation.

Ridiculously fancy room decor with no amenities and very dirty. Dirty linen pillows, uncleaned bathroom, no drinking water, no working tv, no fridge, not even a kettle. Just lie on a dirty bed and get out in the morning.

I informed through booking.com that only 2 persons would stay and not three, the booking was refused to be ammended, EXTRA BED WAS NOT PROVIDED and required also. REFUND THE EXTRA AMOUNT COLLECTED.

Hotel reception person is not available on table............ I had stayed for 4 days now......Room Booking has to be done through online only..........You cant book the room directly through hotel........ Very bad experience. I suggest not to stay in the hotel for official tour.....Its couple friendly hotel........That's it.

The hotel is nothing like the photos that are shared. Listing down things which are horrible at this hotel 1) Unattentive Staff 2) The rooms are damp and you are told to adjust 3) Bathroom smell stinks up the entire room 4) No proper ammenties 5) Basic ammenties like mineral water are told to be brought Would never recommend this to family or for a trip with your loved ones.

The Udupi restaurant near the hotel is good, apart from that nothing to like here.

The photos are 20 years out of date. The bed sheets had stains and the wallpaper was falling off the walls. The bathroom was rusted and not cleaned thoroughly. The staffer was extremely rude about payment by cash and tried to refuse to give us an invoice. You cannot pay by Visa full stop.
