The complimentary breakfast menu has too little dishes to choose. The most commonly accepted dish of french toast was also missing. The swimming pool depth may be made lesser to facilitate small children who enjoy most there.

The location and room facilities were good. The hotel maintained cleanliness and the staff behaviour was excellent.

The bed covers were very low quality and had holes in them. I have to request to change them on a few occasions. The towels are worn out as they have become very thin. The towels need to be replaced. The AC power distributor was broken and not fixed, however, ac is working. No hair dryer was provided.

The property is located on the seafront. Neat and Clean. There is a good view of the sea from the property—a very big parking space. The swimming pool was tidy. The rooms are big and the facilities are well managed.

Food taste needs to be improved. Exhaust fan is very much required in the bathroom and quality of the bathroom needs to be improved. Mini freeze is also required depending on the room size, quality and price of the room specially in summer time.

Location and balcony is excellent. Room size is also sufficient for couple or 3 to 4 family members. Staffs are very polite and their services are excellent and helpful. Quality of the food is also very good but taste need to be more delicious.

Only thing I didn’t like is the booking and billing process. While booking it said no prepayment needed. Once booking was confirmed, they sent a mail to make 50% payment or they will have to cancel the booking. I was already driving, and had to stopover to make an advance payment. During billing they charged 150/= for using the swimming pool, although we did not use it. While they corrected the bill without any altercation, such mistakes are uncalled for and the visitor may miss in a hurry. Room rent is a bit on the higher side.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. The hotel is right by the sea beach and the full expanse of the sea is visible from the room and the balcony. Staff behaviour is very good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is okay, nothing special, but not too costly. You can get some local sea fish varieties, but limited varieties only, which you would get in Kolkata as well. Location was just classs. Staff behavior is very good. Very neat and clean. Stairs and lift both available.

Behaviour of the reception staff is very rude. They know only money, they even charge me for using the swimming pool, although it was included in the booking... Their argument is that pool view is free but swimming in the pool is chargeable!!! Hahaha!!!
