The guy in reception didnt settle our dues correctly and was complaining since we didnt hire taxi for tour from the hotel. Also all the rooms of this hotel didnt have any balcony and the rooms seems very suffocating if you dont run the AC.

Location as the Hotel faces the beach across the road. The beach is not crowded and clean. Ideal to just step across and reach the sea...

For the amount paid no modern facilities available that usually are available in such range hotels these days like lift unavailable, no complementary buffet breakfast even tea/coffee kettle in room was not there. Each time one had to have tea or coffee it was chargeable and provided by restaurant. Room charges did not feel justified.

Location, staff behaviour, impromptu service, excellent food and overall cleanliness. From outside it felt like a three star property.

Rooms decor and toilets to be improved

LOCATION WISE THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT BUT ROOMS INTERIOR YO BE IMPROVED . I visited the on 2007 the decor still the same , rooms are not well illuminated , toilets to be improved . Food excellent, front desk staff need to be more polite . Check out time to be extended , big problem with Puri hotels no fixed tariff rates.

The room was very untidy, the bed sheet and pillow cover and the towel are very untidy , Moreover the room is full of small insects, they spray ever night but the cleanness is very poor.

The attached toilet with our room was not unclean but could do with some sprucing up and a coat of paint.

Great location. Sea facing property with a small lawn in front and a pool. Has an inhouse restaurant with pretty decent food. Overall good value.

As compared to tariffs they are not providing dental kits, slipper, even if a one rupee oil. forget about kit in the hotel. they are providing only Medimex soap of Ra.3/- Rupee and 1/- ripped samphoo. No balcony is their in the hotel.

poor staff behaviour at the reception. allotted a clumsy ground floor room without any proper view of the outside, on protest and subsequent threat to leave the accommodation the person at the reception reluctantly allotted a first floor room with barely any sea view while I booked the room with a side sea view. toiletries supplies were below par. room service from the restaurant was unprofessional and unpredictable.

The pet charge is pretty substantial. It is 1500/- per pet per night. I have stayed in plenty of hotels, even a standard hotel charges 500/-per pet. So, if you're planning to come along with a pet so be ready to shed 1500/-. The beach was also not directly in front of our room. We had a beach view from the corner of the room.

The rooms are big and airy as it is beach facing. Basic amenities along with the bed are present like tea tables and a couch with a beach view. Among toiletries, we got 2 sashes of shampoo and 2 small medimix soaps. I was expecting a brushing kit along with it.
