The location was in a narrow lane so had difficulty bringing in my Car..Proper parking is not available and taking out the vehicle every time I required to go out was not possible.Auto is easily available near the property.

The property was good, clean and nicely decorated.Room we booked was very spacious and comfortable..

The facility had lot of mosquitoes.

I travel a lot with my family and this is by far the best host I have enjoyed. He was like a local relative / family friend in the town and helped us with almost everything. The facility is clean and well maintained.

The Nirman Homestay was close to the beach and shops with attentive staff. The room had a fan, a double speed and a secure place for belongings.

The location... car can not park in front of the property Need to carry your belongings to put in car which could be park around 250meters away from the room.

Booking.com advertised this property as "Breakfast included" (and presumably priced it as such). It turns out that no breakfast is provided, according to the owner and manager.

The rooms are decent. The toilet is clean, and the AC works well. It is a no-frills accommodation, ideal for people who do not intend to spend much time indoors. The beach is about 5 minutes away. It was relatively quiet with far fewer visitors than the main Puri beach. It is relatively far from the temple and Swargadwar (3+ km), and about 1.5 km from the train station. The owner, Satya, was very accommodating. The manager, Ranjan, was also nice, and always around.

There was only one geyser in two rooms and ac for small room where my parents stayed was not working .

I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the kitchen facility at this location. Since we were a family group, having access to a kitchen was essential, and the staff provided us with utensils at a reasonable cost. We were pleased to stay in a room together with comfortable beds. I highly recommend this property for families as the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

A Wonderful Nirman Homestay Experience in Puri – Truly Felt Like Home! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful homestay in Puri, and I must say it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality shown by the owner and manager Ranjan made us feel incredibly welcome. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided, especially towards senior citizens. The manager personally helped escort my elderly parents to the beach, ensuring they were comfortable and safe – a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts. We were also pleasantly surprised by the flexibility offered. Unlike many hotels, this homestay allowed us an early check-in and a late check-out, making our travel experience stress-free and relaxed. It’s rare to find such accommodating service these days, and it made a big difference. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious – fresh and full of flavor. It was a perfect start to each day. Overall, this homestay offers not just a place to stay, but a warm, personal experience that’s hard to find elsewhere. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puri – whether you’re traveling with family, seniors, or just looking for a peaceful getaway with a personal touch.

Room is clean . But there is no wi fi in the room. . Ac is not working properly. The remote of a.c not working . It was written breakfast included but they gave us only first day among total 5 days . Location is very good . Very close to sea beach . There are no restaurant in the homestay . You must go outside . There is pink hotel restaurant which is very good . The room is clean . Bathroom is clean . But the room s are very small for 3 person . No walking space in The room . Check out time 8 am which is also not satisfactory. Our train is at 2 pm . We paid extra 1000 rupees for the extra 5 hours . At the end of the day I recommend the room only for the owner . He is really gentleman and artist also . Jay Jagannath.
