I recently stayed at your hotel and had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the essential amenities. Housekeeping did a great job each day. I particularly appreciated the peaceful ambiance, comfortable bed, and the beautiful sea view from my room, which made the stay even more special. Main market is far,Swargadwar... Toto and auto rickshaw charging 129-150 rs to reach there,local restaurants are not that much good, maximum is only veg restaurants,though it's fine.

Ambiance, beach is just 1min walking distance, room was clean and maintained. Property is really good and staffs are really Co-Operative.

The air conditioner in the room didn't have a remote control. Frequently the room became too cold while it was on. Then we had to turn it off. Constantly (even in the midnight) we had to switch back and forth between on and off.

Construction is going on within the building. Breakfast, lunch or dinner facility is not available..so every time must go outside for that.

Very close to sea beach and very good for local transport to sea beach and temple for puja.

The property was poorly maintained. The furniture was very old and emitted an unpleasant odor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the kitchen was unusable, as all the utensils were dirty and unfit for use. Additionally, the fridge had a strong, foul smell with visible fungus inside. Given the amount charged, there seems to be no investment made to improve the accommodation. Overall, I am very disappointed with the arrangement.

The property is conveniently located near the beach, allowing easy access to the shore for relaxation and outdoor activities. In addition to its prime location, there are numerous eateries in the surrounding area, offering a variety of dining options to suit different tastes. The air conditioning system is highly effective, providing a refreshing escape from the humid environment and ensuring a comfortable stay.

So far so good.

Host was hospital. View was excellent. Strategically located. Felt almost like a home away from home. Facilities were adequate. Our pet was welcome. Would love to revisit in future.

Home like facilities in a silent and peaceful location. Very close (1 min walk) to a less crowded sea beach (Puri beach). Within 4km from swargadwar shopping area.

this place is exactly what is needed for you to experience Puri. ideally located. the beach is a minute away by walk. The staff is extremely helpful and resourceful. They will go out of their way to help you.

Interiors need a renovation. Some walls are damaged with papdi. Wash basin Tap needs replacement. Flush was not effective. No nameplate or banner of Nirman anywhere near the gate or location.

Decent home-like feeling. The bed was comfortable. The geyser was working fine. Got a little bit of the view of the sea from the balcony.

Tap was running very slow in washroom so need little repair there. As there was construction going on so only one balcony was accessible and lot of sound were there so if owner disclose such issues in advance would make us prepare our mind.

It was very homely. Beach view from balcony was beautiful. Sun rise from balcony and wave sound is just perfect. It has a working kitchen so you can do little things like chai or Maggie 😄. Owner even help with some chai patties and sugar so that we can make chai 😃
