No shuttle to the beach nor is there parking. The WiFi was absolutely terrible and I had problems getting into my room since the card is connected to the WiFi. So getting into my room was a crapshoot. Also, because of the WiFi drops my credit card was billed three times because they swiped it over and over until it took. The staff didn’t even check to see if any had gone through. Need training but most were friendly. I hadn’t noticed the charges until after I checked out at the airport. Then it took days before they got to fix the issue only after numerous times of calling them. I had to get Capital one involved.

The property has a nice pool and restaurant attached to it and relatively close yo the beach.

Narrow lane, too many dogs around, even in the property lobby. A railway gate near property can cause delays. Property room/bathroom door frames are short, probably just about 5'4" or so, causing head injuries. Congested rooms, no door between two rooms. Not providing any soap in the toilet. Furniture like beds and tv stand have very sharp edges cause scratches/bruises, tearing of cloths/luggage etc.

Location is good. Service of the Food supplier associated with this hotel is not satisfactory. Price is also high. There are many good restaurants like Udupi available in front of Ram mandir. Price is also reasonable.

You have to ask for basic stuff like plates water bottles towels they didn't provide soaps or shampoos and the hotel is right next to the railway track so there is constant noise of trains

Couldn't go out for a walk in the evening at Ram Path. It's not easy for foreigners to manage alone at night from hotel location because I have face rikshaw availability problems. I had experienced it during my stay. Some roads were closed due to high security alert. Travelling with your own vehicle has no issue.

Staff are humble, helpful, very nice. Markets are far from Location. You need to hire a rikshaw every time you need to go out...

There was an **electric fence** installed on the firstd floor near the balcony, and I received an **electric shock** from it—this is extremely dangerous and puts innocent customers at serious risk . There were **no warning signs** to alert guests about this hazard . Additionally, AC outlet water was being collected in buckets, and once these buckets overflowed, water was left in the corridors until the help desk was called to replace them . This was an **extremely traumatic experience** when booking through Booking.com, and it raises serious concerns about the integrity and genuineness of Booking.com’s review and star rating system .

Charges an extra 100.00 rupees. Paid in his account through scanner in the name of Mr manu singh Tomar of Rs. 1140.00 fpr Room rent + 1 water bottle 1 litre+2 cup tea. Check the amount extra he has taken.

Room not good. The toilet is a very small size. Bed edges are sharf. Level difference between room and corridor. The corridor is small. Putting Ac water collection pots on corridor in a line at centre of corridor.
