Cleanliness was below zero with infestation from insects all over the bed and the floor and hair from previous customers all over the bathroom floor. Staff had no remorse about their actions and simply asked us to take the refund.

the spa and salon where great. myself and my husband had massages and I had a wash and blowdry. both great.
