It has been totally left without love. It’s really dirty, there’s a lot of glass and mirrors and it’s hard to see through them. The cushions were stained. The toilet and sink had rust marks. The general up keep is non existent. If it had a deep clean and some welcoming smiles and maintenance it could easily return to its chic original elegance.

This was a beautifully designed hotel, hidden on the corner of a busy road . Nestled in the mature trees.

We were overcharged on our debit card, property tried to ask for advance payment via an email sent to us, some soft furnishings were stained and had cigarette burns, no hot water in shower/ taps, continuous external noise from traffic all night therefore little sleep was attained.

Swing seat in the room. The room was spacious and lots of storage space. The hard furnishings and bed linen we're clean.

There is no restaurant inside the property. They order the food from some local restaurant. No parking space available. We had to park our car in some emply plot besides the property, at our own risk.

Overall, the decor is nice and rooms are spacious.

The location is right on a main street. Loud Vehicular noise until midnight and again from 6 am. Couldn't get a good rest. Windows do not supress noise. Only 2 staff members. Manager performs many roles and he looked exhausted and frustrated. Staff was helpful everytime but the hospitality feeling was missing. Every action felt like a favour. They talk in a tone as if you are staying for free and they are doing a favour on you. Very unwelcoming.

Room was really large, clean and well maintained. The designer thought of every little thing for guests convenience. Bathroom was large and clean. Honestly, can't ask for a better room for this price and location. But overall experience didn't offer good rest or peace of mind.
