Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathrooms don't have direct ventilation outlet ,they do have exhaust fans but still the toilet smell lingers out when the bathroom door is open .
Breakfast and food for lunch was good,we stayed one night and half day over all we were comfortable

Didn't like size of the rooms, prices are way too high for all the facilities provided at the hotel . According to those room sizes , the prices should be at least 40% less .. won't choose this hotel again unless it's priced below 800.
Centrally located for easy commute to nearby locations and access to all restaurants that delivers. Okayish hygiene.

My stay at Hotel Nova Bling was far from satisfactory. Despite the room being clean and tidy with decent fittings, several issues made the experience extremely uncomfortable. The room was infested with mosquitoes, which made it impossible to sleep peacefully. Additionally, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and we couldn’t get a proper night’s rest. The hotel is situated in a commercial building spread over two floors and lacks its own lift, lobby, or proper entrance. The shared lift is in a pathetic condition—broken, full of pan masala stains, with non-functional buttons. This left a poor impression right from the start. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not justify the cost. I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
The room was clean and tidy, with modern and well-maintained fittings that seemed new.

Entrance was very hard to find and not clearly signposted. Down the side of the building via a poorly paved path, up a open steel staicase and that is just to get to the lift.

Quite noisy at times (India after all) and it was hard to find initially but the room and bathroom were very good, water was hot when needed, a/c was outstanding as was the wifi and the staff were very nice and helpful. Location is good. Very good value for money. If you want food they'll bring it to you within 30 minutes and it's very cheap.

Excellent facilities. It was value for money. We come from the UK and we got everything we required including clean rooms, toilets with pressure head. Just now toilet tissue. The shower was very hot throughout the day and we used to shower twice in the day. The room service was also good and efficient.

Location on 6th floor via lift but around a very narrow alley and no car access. The short path to hotel from main road uneven broken up tarmac and then 6 deep metal stairs to lift

It was on the 6th floor and though there was a lift, there were some steps before that which would make it difficult to carry luggage on without help

Very pathetic experience, I have booked it online using booking.com and i visited Rajkot with my family, including ladies. My train got late and I reached at mid night and when I reached to Hotel they said that your booked room is given to someone else and no room available. Then he asked us to go nearby Hotel cross road where they charged me as same as Nova bling was offering 2200rs (as this person called the other hotel reception in advance to take higher amount)whereas cost of this Hotel was 1000rs while see all online deals. When we insisted on reducing this higher price then they said u decide if you want stay here at this price or not else u can search some hotel.at mid night I didn't had that chance to go somewhere hence paid higher price. So it's my advice to all to not opt this hotel ever as they are not reliable

No one stay there or going again after first visit. Nothing is good in this Hotel.
This property location is good but room services & cleanness very bad dirty smell in toilet not solve by staff even when we book with extra large bed they given single small floor bed which one is very bad quality. Even not given towel in washroom no tooth brush kit & nothing they are offered to customer.
