The breakfast at O by Tamara, Trivandrum, was exceptional, featuring a diverse and extensive buffet with a wide variety of local Kerala specialties, continental, American, and Asian options, including fresh pastries, fruits, warm dishes, and juices that catered perfectly to different tastes. I particularly enjoyed the high-quality ingredients and the flavorful preparations, which made it one of the highlights of my stay. The location is outstanding, conveniently situated just 15 minutes from the airport and close to key attractions like Lulu Mall and the city center, providing easy access while offering a serene and peaceful environment away from the urban hustle.

I made the booking for 3 people based on the selection available on booking.com for a suite room with a higher price. I was told the booking was for 2 and I had to pay extra when I had already selected the higher option. The staff were unwilling to adjust and I had to pay extra. This was frustrating as I was spending the night with my father who just got released from ICU at KIMS hospital and I did not need to go through this hassle at that time.

The place was clean, good rooms, and worth the price.

Everything was good

This hotel is really a cozy, well maintained property with helpful and great staff and good amenities. Swimming pool was great, Restaurant breakfast spread was awesome, liked the Kerala cuisine spread kept in morning. Room was really good. The roof top restaurant was good as well. A special shout out to Neeraj, Shamna, Rijo, Annas, Jijesh, Nayana, lifeguard Rajesh, Exec chef Suresh, Chindu, Dileep.

Not getting a swimming pool because of the timing. No free spa is given or described to how to get it. Breakfast has been cancelled by me because of the timing.

We requested an extra bed for an adult but it was a disaster, a very uncomfortable camp bed, and opted for the couch instead. Might be ok for kids. Sadly the pool shut early for an evening function which was disappointing as we weren't given any warning and only discovered after we were all dressed in our swimmers with nowhere to go!

Excellent buffet breakfast with a great range of cuisines and excellent quality. The suite was very spacious and comfortable, and the dividing door and second toilet were very helpful. Walking distance to Lulu Mall. Very helpful and friendly professional staff. Lots of options for dining - room service was very speedy and had a great range, and we also liked the new rooftop bar/restaurant (but if you have a 20% food discount booking deal, beware that it doesn't apply to the rooftop bar).

There is absolutely nothing we didn’t like about this place. Everything was just perfect! If someone is really looking for something to complain about, they’ll always find something—but honestly, we had no complaints at all. The experience was incredible from beginning to end.

Incredible breakfast buffet. Several options available. Lulu mall is only 5 minutes drive. Airport will take around 15 to 20 minutes drive. Location wise perfect. Staff super friendly. Overall extremely satisfied.

I think the staff was friendly and accomodating. The food at the restaurant was amazing especially the breakfast. It's a good location and easy to find transport to Lulu mall. Will come back again.
