The breakfast coupons were not given during check in time. With lots of arguments, in the night, we received the food coupons. The receptionist told me that food is only for two, whereas I have booked two triple classic rooms with the option for breakfast included for 4 adults and one child. And in my booking, it was clearly mentioned that breakfast is included.

Rooms are clean, and the rate is affordable and adds value for money.

Nothing at all.

Nothing at all the staff was very rude and I don't recommend this hotel at all. The staff at the check-in time didn't have any clue how a check-in should be taken. Being a hotelier the basic courtesy should not be neglected at all. The restaurant owner or whoever was there was very rude and unprofessional. He and his entire team should resign from such organisation where food is not being served with happiness and it felt like someone is doing us a favour. They charged 40 rs for one litre water bottles that too in a tier 2-3 city like Mysore. Wherein the water bottles are being sold at just 20 rs just in below the hotel. The lady that served the food was unprofessional and very rude and also insisted is on buying the water bottles. Just horrible experience and not going to recommend this at all. I am a hotelier and I work with a 5- star frenchise hotels wherein I know in and out about the guest experience that too in a tier 1 city.

Initially they showed small room full of filthy and cigarette smell, I have to fight to get bigger room worth of money but no bed sheets, towels and other lack of basic facilities, no remote for tv, bed spread dirty,vAc not in working condition it's a bad experience. Hotel staff asked me to compromise as it's online bookings. They don't care about customer 1 day stay. I advise not to book from booking.com..especially this perticular hotel.

They initially tried to give me extremely poor-quality rooms. Only after I refused to stay did they show some that were just about acceptable. There’s practically no service — you can’t order food, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and neither did the TV. For room cleaning, they clearly stated they won’t be responsible for any lost items and would only clean if you’re present. Even getting a single towel required multiple calls and repeated requests at the reception. Overall, a completely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Feels like a scam — strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Very friendly staff; goes over and beyond of what is expected of them. Breakfast was just ok, but dinner was good. Dinner pricing was surprisingly low for a star hotel. All the tourist places were just 5-10 mins away except Brindavan Gardens. And the hotel is built as part of a shopping mall, so you could roam around there as well.
