Jacuzzi was not cleaned upon arrival and there is very less privacy inside the jacuzzi area . The room was not up to standard as it was the last day of the closer of the property and many things were not up to the standard .

Location and place. The location is very beautiful and serene. It's very quiet and peaceful. You can just sit on the balcony and stare at the vast expanse of sea without any voice.

First thing they charge extra for international card. Even in restaurant too. Also room price is too high compared to facilities. Not suitable for children. Because of the staircase into the beach.

No room cleaning unless you specify exactly what you want cleaned/changed. Shower drain/slope isn't in the right place so the bathroom floor floods very quickly. TV in our room had no bracket so it was perpendicular to the bed. No easy angle to watch it. Hot tub terrace was a bit underwhelming. They don't look aftee that area well compared to the rooms and there was even access to an unused dirty bathroom from this terrace which we we clearly not meant to see/use. Unclear candlelight dinner package. Initially told it was a set menu at set price but then found out you could do a la carte and just pay for the tent set up. Crazily difficult to pre pay and then book extras like the candlelight dinner if you only have a foreign card. They don't let you pay for extras using a card terminal so we would have been charged an extra 18% on top of the expensive set up cost for the candlelight tent. In the end they lost out on our business and we also found out they had a card terminal so not sure why they said we couldn't pay using that. Reception are a bit slow to respond to requests and often forget some of them. The beach isn't really maintained in a way that allows guests to use it e.g. two beds only, no umbrellas, difficult access, no staff there.

Stunning location. Great view of the sunset. Spacious rooms, beautifully done up. Can order food to the room at no extra cost. Restaurant was good and restaurant staff were very friendly. Nice live music. Very relaxing place for couples.

The jacuzzi room wasn’t very nice. Parts of the property felt unfinished - it would have been nice to have proper steps down to the beach rather than concrete bags!

Fabulous setting with stunning sunset views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely beach which was virtually empty throughout our stay. The food was excellent.

The way to beach need important rest was great

The property is well managed, the staff was courteous. Location of the property is one the best point. The room are spacious. Due to rain the jacuzzi was dirty post our request at 7AM they cleaned it and made it ready for us. Special mention for Chandu for bringing our food timely and making sure we have all the required things available on timely manner

all around the property is far too many steep stairs and unless you are super fit it really isn’t for you !! The whole place lacked any atmosphere & there was only a few things on the menu available on our first night so we ate next door in the red crab and the second night in cape Goa where both places served lovely food !! our second day at lunch we fancied a salad but was told only pasta or burgers available !! our room was cottage 4 and the stairs leading down to the bathroom ( at least 12 steep steps with like a hatch type entrance had no railings and nothing at all to hold on too was extremely dangerous ! an accident waiting to happen !!! the jaccuzi was not working and no water coming out the hot sink tap !! having said this the views were amazing and sunbeds on your terrace was a good touch ! it’s a new property so hopefully these minus points can be corrected !

Beautiful location with a small private beach. Cliffside villas with a magnificent view of ocean. This place is a gem and I can’t wait to visit again. Excellent service provided by the property staff member - Mr. Chandu.
