Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing really. Price to value is excellent.
Really well located hotel, a minute's walk from the metro station, and 5 minutes walk into Koregaon Park. We had a large room, a comfortable bed. Basic accommodation, but you can't ask for more at this price point and this location. Great value.

The road outside is very busy it’s almost impossible to cross
Comfortable enough room in an okay location. It’s near to the agakhan palace and about 10 minutes drive to the red palace and temple. Reasonably priced for a big city I would stay again

Mosquitos kept appearing out of nowhere in the bathroom. This is a menace I've gone through in other places in Koregaon too...so not sure if it was the hotel's issue.
Excellent location. Close to the station and areas in Koregaon Park. The place is a little old and so slightly run down, but everything was in working condition. The beds were comfortable and the wifi was strong. The place has no restaurant of its own, but Swiggy n Zomato guys are allowed to come up to your room to deliver. Overall, a good stay in my case for a couple for 2 nights.

We stayed on the 4th floor. There was no telecommunications equipment in the room. Even for minor inconveniences, we had to go down to the ground floor. Toiletries and towels were not provided. There was no single mattress on the bed, and instead, there were two mattresses joined together, which caused discomfort and back pain.

1. Issues with bathroom/basin/shower taps which were not rectified despite being pointed out to hotel staff 2. No room service or any restaurant facility 3. Staff at the reception were polite but not very keen on attending to the guests

This room itself had a bad/negative vibe also the linen/blanket and pillows placed were unclean and not fresh.The room felt like it was haunted and had really negative vibe to a extent that we had to leave at 12 in night

Worst experience due to ignorant staff. No hospitality at all. After checking the reviews we booked this hotel through Booking.com for 5 days.But it was totally apposite. Staff were not helpful at all. No value for money. We booked two double occupancy rooms but after reaching hotel they gave the worst rooms. No king size beds available. They joined two beds to look-like double bed which is very disappointed . No comfort at all.No toiletries provided. No mobile network at all.
Wi fi is good enough. Location is good.

A lot of stuff. Firstly the property is a really old residential building which they have turned into a Lodge hence not a pleasant experience. Since it is commercialised for a restaurant and lodge both makes it a bit uncomfortable for us as a family. The property lights are extremely old like yellow bulbs makes it look like a shady small lodge for your unauthorised activities. It is going under Maintenance hence a lot pf renovation work They do not have in-house facilities like restro and stuff really difficult to get room service not even a phone available to call room service. Washrooms were old doesn't look clean at all. Beds are not a single bed two beds attached making it really uncomfortable Not at all recommended for the price above 1.5k
The property is located in the heart of BUND GARDEN hence, a person travelling and wants to have access to Bund Garden offices by walk only should visit here nor any family or couples should prefer this Hotel.
