All the amenities for day to day requirements are in place. Rooms are neat and clean. Noise free area.

Absence of lift in the building....caused little problem

Property is fairly easy to locate and has a landmark to easy reference. Overall, the team worked to make the stay comfortable. A person was available at the time of check-in to facilitate key handover and provided a walkaround for the apartment. The apartment was clean and stocked with all essentials. Good wifi connection was available.

Beyond expectations, honestly. The place was spotless, peaceful, and had such a warm vibe.

I had a wonderful solo stay in this cozy, clean studio perfect for relaxing short term stay. Staff Shivam here was warm and welcoming, with early check-in and sweet little gestures like cookies.

Came to Delhi for a conference with my co-workers and only stayed a night, but the apartment made a great impression. Quick access to the venue and very humble staff with excellent services.

Location was good. Apartment was comfortable once I got into the correct one. Staff were nice after the initial mess around, and dropped off little food gifts occasionally.

Read the fine print! I booked a superior one bedroom, they put be in the standard two bed claiming it was an upgrade as it had two bedrooms. I was one person and did not need two bedrooms. The “standard” quality was terrible. Really depressing. And the building felt dodgy. In the fine print it says the photos are indicative only and they will provide you with similar or better. This was not true. I arrived at night so spent the night in the terrible place. Eventually the next day after a lot of phone calls, including to booking.com, they moved me to a superior apartment which was fine. I lost a day with all the hassle and moving though. Also be aware that they charge you for electricity at the end when you check out. Mine was about $60 for 4 weeks (was barely there though, just sleeping there really).

Studio apartment was set up well with cleaning services. Location was great.As I was there for a week, they had helpfully stocked some.basic essentials in the kitchen, provided toiletries that was quite thoughtful. The staff in charge of the property are very helpful and prompt in addressing any query that you may have. Check in was easy and they were on time to hand over the key and were helpful during checkout as well. Special thanks to Mr Jay, Amol and staff for their attentiveness and diligence.

_ it's by the street and can get noisy during peak traffic hours (but not very late into the night) plus a loud neighborhood dog that kept barking in the stairwell. While it worked for my purpose, the living room was smaller than i had expected from the pictures and the bathroom while kept neat has no division between shower and the wash areas .

The staff was amazing and the location was very good and safe for a solo female traveler. The apartment was very clean and spacious.

It’s fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The added convenience of doorstep deliveries from Zepto and Blinkit makes the experience even better for guests. I would definitely stay here again in the future and look forward to availing their repeat guest offer!

The apartment was lovely and ideally located right next to the popular Defence Colony Market. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the comfort of home in a safe, well-organized, and vibrant neighborhood.
