Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not much, I suppose the check out time is a little early (10 AM). The property also doesn't have a sign board outside, so it can be a little difficult to locate Nothing else apart from that
We got a standard 1 BHK for 3 days. The room is true to the pictures, very clean and comfortable, with all required amenities, and utilities, including a fully stocked kitchen, along with community washers and dryers on the top floor. The staff was helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had. The location is pretty good, in a quiet locality with a bustling commercial district not too far away. The room we got was very spacious, even if it was the most bog-standard room they were offering. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again if we're in the area.

The apartment is about an hour from the centre. When I tried to get an Uber at about 11pm back to the apartment, no driver accepted the ride. When asking street tuk tuk drivers, they all said 10k was too far. I ended up paying twice the price (because they couldn't be guaranteed a return fare). Someone else in the flats suggested using the rapido app. That may solve the problem. I didn't require room service. On one occasion, I asked for more toilet paper. This was ignored.
The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was reasonably equipped and you could cook if you wanted to. There's a pressure cooker in the kitchen. There's a fridge. There's a microwave. The shower was clean and warm. Towels and toiletries were provided. Some food for one day was provided eg milk, noodles, coffee, etc. There are washing machines and dryers on 6th floor. These are free to use. One staff member gave me washing powder, which saved me a trip to the shops. There is a supermarket nearby, which is like a medium-size convenience store.

It was a greaaaaaaatt stay guys. I am gonna recommend this to everyone who is planning to stay around here. Needless to stay the house smelled amazing 24*7 and was impeccably cleaaaan. Also, Akash has been an amazing host- be it the smallest request he has done it all at a drop of a hat. So, kudos to him as well. 5/5 from our end ✨

No room cleaning service on Sundays. Charged heavily for 3 hours of extra log-out time. I think this should be complementary.

Location of the property is near to almost all the places , well connected with public and private transport round the clock, you do not have to own or rent bikes or scooters to commute. If you are coming from another state, you will not feel isolated as this location has all types of people whom you can speak with. Property is well maintained, it has got a total of 6 floors, all these are studio apartments type, which has a ample space for at least 3 people to stay comfortably. Save your money on Laundry as it has washing machine Just carry your pair of dresses and rest every thing is available in this property for your day today needs.(which is included in the package) except breakfast Care takers in this building are friendly never say no and are willing to help what ever possible. Flexibility in check in and check out timings hold key in opting out this property. You pay you get (Value for money) unlike other properties where you can see only a room with bed and a small bathroom. They have a great deal if you book through their websites with many other properties in Bangalore. I enjoyed now your turn :)

It would be perfect if it had AC and TV in the living room too as we ended up spending most of our time in the bedroom. The plug sockets could be a bit sturdy! Very minor issue.
As shown in pictures was pleasantly surprised on how clean it was through out our stay with boys cleaning it on a regular basis. Akash was splendid with always being available and helping with what was needed.
