Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Really loved the peaceful vibe and how cozy the apartment felt. The little extras like the gym, cafeteria, and that big terrace really made the stay special. Perfect Spot for a relaxing Stay.

Urgent need for shower cubicle in the bathroom as the drainage the same was very difficult & labouries

There was some issue with changing bed sheets, it was fixed immediately.
The room had all the needed amenities. Gas plate, refrigerator, necessary utensils and even a room heater. Balcony also helps break the room monotony. The staff led by Mr.Himanshu take guest satisfaction seriously. One person in staff who is excellent and deserves special mention is Mr.Dharamveer. He is the one that makes everything problem free. Understand the issue if one faces any and does his best to fix.

Breakfast was not bad but did not have a lot of options, but nearby is a great place that the staff recommended.
We had a wonderful stay at Olive Service Apartment and will warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Delhi and especially Noida. The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times of the day and night. Clean and comfortable rooms and the area felt safe.

For every delivery (food or groceries) we had to go out and collect the same. A little troublesome in peak winter.

I recently stayed at Olive service Apartments and it was an absolute delight! The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. What I liked was - - Immaculate cleanliness - Modern amenities (fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, etc.) - Spacious rooms with plenty of natural light - the staff was very helpful and friendly specially Shubham Jha, he was always ready to help. We were really impressed by his sincerety. - Prime location - Excellent value for money - free laundry station - daily cleaning I highly recommend it to travelers, be it leisure or work

It was my first experience with Service Apartments but breakfast & dinner was available. Good clean rooms with AC & TV. The manager in particular ( Mr Jaspal Singh) was very helpful!

All was ultimately made right.
Nice location , courteous staff. Excellent conversations with Mr. Jaypal Singh with his mature management acumen and Mr. Gaurav Yadav with his dedicated service who greatly assisted making our stay pleasant removing all issues that could hamper us.

In a really great area. Lovely quiet street and a great apartment. We had the penthouse and the views are are great too. The apartment is well equipped, the bed and bed linen are great! Also really great decor.

The apartment was lovely. Quite well-planned and with lots of natural light. The staff was very helpful. Mr Shivam Sharma looked after us very well. He was very prompt and diligent in addressing all our needs. The recreation area in the basement is a big bonus. Very pleased overall! Will definitely stay here again when I visit the area.

They charged more than what Booking.com mentioned. I had to pay in advance which was not mentioned in the website. I was given the rooftop room which caused me inconvenience to come out of the room during rain It was raining heavily.
I liked the food quality and the terrace. I appreciate the washing facilities provided.

There should be an in house pantry so that guests can order food if they want.

There are not many food options available near the apartment. You may have to drive to reach some good food joints. One option near to the apartment is not good in terms of quality.
Apartment was maintained well and the staff was responsive and supportive. Amenities provided were also good. Good option for short stay in the area.
