NorwayThe property was not clean at all. I got misguided with the property ratings in the booking.com At the reception, so many flies, just around us. In the room, curtains were not clean and again flies in the room. The tap water did not work. The toilet water was not there. The door was so tight that we could not lock at all. Even the staff weren’t able to open it.
Close to main area, with ice cream shop and general stores near by.

The milk sachet was delivered just before 2nd day bedtime. They were just giving excuses that milk sachet is not available in the market!!!

Nothing!! Really bad customer service. We paid around 4K (approx) and the service we got was less than par. If I have to list things, 1. The toilet flush wasn’t working. We had to stress a little bit to get it repaired. 2. Hot water provision had a schedule. We would get it only for certain hours in the morning and evening. ( that sucked as the climate in Ooty is cold) 3. They only provide breakfast AND Breakfast service were very badly coordinated. It was provided late plus there was a bad rush.(Too many people for breakfast and very little food) 4. No toiletries were provided. We had to ask them for it. To conclude, it was bad. We planned for a two day stay but decided to vacate after one night.

IndiaFirstly, it's not child friendly. Extra bed means you have to sleep in floor. Balcony door was not closing fully, even if o complained, nobody fixed it( cold December). Ultimately I has to take a smaller room. And that day night, they given that room to some family.
