Parking is very difficult. Room was congested. Not Spacial as offered. Bath Room was too small . Not worthy for money spent

Didn’t like few things: 1.) Room was not clean. 2.) Not even a water bottle was made available by default. When asked was told that a water bottle would incur extra charge and they can only offer a jug of water which is sourced from a water can. I just felt annoyed that a mineral water bottle cannot be provided in room’s tariff. 3.) Price - while the price in booking.com shows that I have to pay around Rs.1400 (rounding up to the higher sum), the hotel had me pay Rs.2000 which eventually included a security deposit that would be returned upon checkout. However, only Rs.370 was returned during the checkout, meaning there was a clearly an extra surcharge applied on top of original tariff that was listed in booking.com. I expect such things to be dealt with in a professional manner, so why not list this process in booking.com. Why is an extra surcharge applied here?

Hanger in the bathroom was broken. Flush tank was broken. Shower Panel was broken. Very small room. Mo remote for AC. No toiletries and towels were kept in the room. Very bad experience overall.

My friend just wanted to change his clothes, we asked 5 mins visit to the room... they did not allowed it...it was really irritating...even stayed in 5 star property they even allow with a I'd card submission but they did not allowed....

Bathroom shower head was not clean. We were charged 500 rupees for an early checkin. There is a no visitors policy and my sister in law was made to feel like a criminal when she visited us for lunch. They could have easily verified that she was a blood relative by checking her id card.

Main checkin staff member spoke my native language. Location is excellent and walking distance to the AC bus drop off place. Rooms were clean. Staff were very responsive when we placed requests for towels. Free WiFi is very good and fast.

Maybe it was a problem with the room I got, but torn wallpaper, ill-maintained bathroom, soiled bath towels did not leave a great impression. Unfortunately, the photos in the profile vs the room I stayed were not in sync.

Location next to the Ayyappa temple is great. Sleep quality was good.

I booked and paid in full at hotel for my expected 3 night stay. but due to medical condition i closed on tje second day and they refused to refund for the third day charges.

Had never experienced anything like this. Checkin desk informed that it was a budget room but was for 2k per night for 3 people. Room had space just enough for the beds no space to even stand or walk around, not at all a family room. Also booking.com description said flexible checkout but was charged extra 500 for 2 hrs.

Staff in room service were really impressive, like 5 secs after you call. They even deliver the food you order with plates and cutlery. Location was easy to reach via public transport.

We checked in to the room and was about to come up with another friend that had a flight later that day She wanted to take a shower at our room before leaving and the guy at the front desk said there are no outside guests allowed Even after explaining to him she’s flying out in a couple of hours he would not let her past the front desk The room it’s self was decent and nothing more than that The bathroom floor was moldy and the shower head wasn’t working properly
