How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

Completely Misleading and Disappointing Stay I wish I had seen a review like this before booking. My experience at this property was disastrous. Pet-Friendly - A Lie: While advertised as pet-friendly, the property's own pets make it impossible for your pet to move freely. This is completely misleading. Zero Service: There is no in-room telephone or room service. At check-in, you'll receive a towel and soap, and that's it. No room cleaning is provided. Horrendous Food Service: Expect a 2-hour wait for breakfast. With only 2-3 basic options, and no ability to request simple things like boiled eggs. The 2 staff members cannot handle the amount of guest. Filthy Conditions: The pool is green with algae and smells awful. Garbage is visible throughout the property. The overall cleanliness is unacceptable. Ruined My Trip: This property completely ruined my vacation. The lack of basic amenities, poor service, and unsanitary conditions are unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking here. Avoid at all costs!"

Very bad. They have to improve a lot on this area. No breakfast options available , no one is bothered to follow time of breakfast, no hygiene is maintained. I think they don’t care for there guest or customers.

Anything was not really there, that bothered us. But if have to mention, maybe a couple of things could be :- - We opted for a std AC room, it was mentioned to have electric kettle with tea/coffee condiments as an amenity. That was not included. But that's not a show stopper. - The std AC room is a bit smaller than expected. There was almost no space to keep extra bedding supposed to be for the third person, so we hadn't used that. The tariff of this room seemed a higher compared to its size and facilities.
The location - superb. Very near to the beach on Holiday St. We were at Ph-1 of the resort. The beach is not crowded at this place as well. The staffs, especially Subroto, Rakesh, Abhinandan were very good and supportive. The surroundings and living within nature feeling. Garden, trees.. Good food and its availability almost all time. Supportive front manager (Yasin); always with a smile. Would like to stay again in future !!!

The rooms weren't clean as expected. bed n bed sheets were stingy...a very bad odour. had to tell them to replace it. extra mattress provided was very bad and the bed sheet was torn. Room didn't have a telephone to call the reception. Full payment was taken from us but even after repeated request and reminder bill was not provided. Staff is not at all responsive or efficient. Wont recommend anyone.
