Comfortable stay .. the rooms are spacious with proper ventilation. Hotel is situated very close to the temple and major attractions. Special thanks to Aman ji who organised our Varanasi tour with VIP darshan and Ganga Aarti. Would definitely visit again in future sometime.

Every small thing was just perfect

I loved the design of the property , it’s full of asthetic vibe with modern interior , Bed was comfortable at first when I saw it feels like AI generated photos but than when I visited i was really impressed because it was same as shown in the images and the best part was the location and hotel cleanliness. It was super clean and I also asked the front desk to help us with some of the tour as i was travelling alone they help us with best darshan at Kashi Vishwanath temple and also arranged front row at ganga aarti which makes my experience memorable.

The place is really clean and the location is great. One of the cleanest places we have stayed during our trip in India. We stayed in a modern room with a beautiful decoration. The bed was really comfortable, so we slept very good here. The people here were nice and willing to help us.

1. They can do better with the dusting in the room and around the property. 2. Air conditioning had a bit of leak, all the floors, outside the rooms had leak in the ceilings because of the rains. 3. In the reception area if they could use some natural room fragrance or oud or incense stick then that would mask the outside smell. These are minute issues they need to fix other than that the staff and service is exceptional. Aman is very helpful and handy with all the information needed. He is patient and goes extra miles to make the trip perfect!

Their tours are top-notch—I did the heritage walk, temple darshan, and got VIP access to the Ganga Aarti, all perfectly arranged. The staff also gave amazing local tips for shopping and food nearby. I only stayed at One Off Hotels for one night, but it was such a great experience that I had to write a review! The hotel is in a perfect location—everything you’d want to see in Varanasi is really close by, which made getting around super easy. The place itself is spotless and beautifully designed—very modern and stylish, which felt like a peaceful little escape from the busy streets outside. I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. The best part, though, was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They arranged a VIP Darshan at Kashi Vishwanath Temple for me, which made the whole experience stress-free and smooth. They also helped me book a sunrise boat tour, which was absolutely magical—watching the city wake up from the Ganges is something I’ll never forget. Even though I was only there for a short time, everything was perfect. I’d definitely recommend One Off Hotels to anyone visiting Varanasi. It’s the kind of place that makes your trip extra special!

Nothing to dislike but there should be an in-house kitchen as well which will much more convenient for the guests.

I was quite disappointed with the first room they gave me. 1) It looked roughly the same as the picture, but when looking closer, you could find the room and furniture horribly ill-maintained -- stains on the headboard of the bed, the bench, the wall, the pillow case. I didn't feel relaxed with the stains here and there. 2) The thing that I couldn't stand was the A/C. There was no way to adjust any settings with the remote control. It was too windy and I couldn't even turn the A/C off. The fan from the ceiling is wobbling when using. 3) The sheets and cover on the bed was some how semi-wet, or damp, it seemed like the housekeeping just put the sheet on when it was not fully dried or maybe because the room was constantly too humid so the sheets felt so wet. Anyway it was really uncomfortable. 4) When I closes the bathroom window without turning off the ventilation, the bathroom door made a high pitch sound. It would be a problem if I couldn't keep the ventilation on after using the bathroom. There was bad smell coming out from the drain. There was no toilet paper rack in that room. Where was the toilet paper? I found it placed next the the shower. How could I reach it after using the toilet? With all the discomfort adding up, they were finally willing to change a room for me on a higher floor, and that room was a lot better, most of the problem were not there in a better room so my review maintains good. However, I was confused that there was no terrace in any of the rooms, so why did they put this information on the room info page? There was not even a balcony. The was only one window facing right at a wall of the building next door. Not much natural light in the room. Lastly the drain from the bathroom constantly has a bad sewage smell. It gets better when you turn the ventilation on, but when you are standing in front of the sink brushing your teeth, you can still smell it sometimes.

This hotel is definitely one of the few hotels in Vanarasi that has a modern and tasteful decoration, it is rare, so I appreciate that. The tours the hotel arranged for us were enjoyable and reliable. The staff were willing to help. They provided us with enough drinking water, that was appreciated.

Firstly the property was at a good location so 5 star for that .. closer to the ghar and temple, apart form this .. ac wasn’t working. You have to walk towards the hotel as it’s a no car zone. Staff was ok, my ac wasn’t working and even after complaint, there was hardly any help. I had to somehow stay in the same room. There is no lift in the property so for people who are old it’s a task. Over all not too happy with the stay. Could have been better.
