The location is excellent - close to Hauz Khas, accessible by auto and public transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but comfortable and easy to live in. I felt safe and in good hands.

The service phone wasn’t working, neither were the television plugs. So you had to go out and communicate it to the people. Although they were sweet and always available. The cost was slightly high compared to the offerings.

It was quite homely and warm. The location was great and so were the safety aspects of things. All in all, a good pick for travellers.

The window was small with no view outside, and no mosquito net, so you couldn’t open it. There were mosquitoes in the bedroom. There were a pair of sandals and dirty socks in the bedroom when we arrived which had been overlooked by the cleaner. Leaking faucet in bathroom so very wet floor in the morning.

We absolutely loved the comfortable bed, hot shower and quiet room. The bed linen and towels were clean. There is a shop next to the hotel from the same owner and it has the most beautiful carpets , pashminas and artisan at very reasonable prices. We were attended to by Mr Akhtar Naqshbandi who was amazingly friendly and helpful both at the shop and the hotel. He even arranged our luggage to meet us at a pick up point across the city at night and personally accompanied it there to meet us! Such an exceptionally kind man. We would totally recommend this place and will definitely be back if we come to Delhi again.

Breakfast was basic: an omelette and instant coffee. The room was comparable to a 2 or 3 star hotel.

The people were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It’s about 10-15 minutes walk to a metro station which I used to get to and from the airport. Otherwise it was very easy to call Ubers nearby. Location was good for visiting the various sights in South Delhi. Not too far from Haus Khan Village.

The price is on the high side but that’s Delhi.

The hosts Astar and Taj were very kind and even helped me book my next destination when I was having trouble with the booking. The location is great. Right near Green Park, Haus Khas, the Sri Aurobindo market and the monuments. Great area to walk around in. Bathroom was new and clean.

The floor in room could be cleaner. We left very early in the morning for our flight and the gates out of the property were locked, so we had to wake a sleeping staff member to let us out which was awkward. Aircon wasn’t very powerful.

In a great location in Hauz Khaz. The neighbourhood is quiet, clean and safest in Delhi with good restaurants/bars/shopping and parks nearby. Staff were friendly. Bed comfortable with good wifi in room. Close to airport.

The bedsheets were wet because the room was so cold and humid and made the bed very cold so we did not sleep well. We were hugely overcharged for taxi from the hotel to the airport. At first they quoted a price 5x more than an uber, in the end they agreed to 3x more but still overpriced. In general for the price the place didn’t meet expectations, it’s quite expensive and what you get isn’t so great.

The staff were nice and the location was overall good since we wanted to be between the city center and the airport. The room and bathroom were also clean.

I will be completly honest, as I travelled and used booking on 6 different continents, it was the coldest night I ever spent in a hotel. It was colder inside the room than outside. Had to use 2 more blankets. The light in the bathroom is not working, but they are trying indeed to make the place nice.

The location is very good before a flight out of Delhi. Very helpful staff, prompt and helpful !
