Good place, peaceful, good food best of staycation

Sometimes, room service was not quick and found the a package little costly compared to others.

The restaurant & food was awesome. The room was spacious & clean. The resort is located 3-4 kms from the centre, so a lot of peace from the city and has a lot of space for kids to play. Overall, a very nice stay for my family.

Indoor games aren't maintained. Unable to play billiards, fussball etc.

They have a good decent place but not utilised properly. The swimming pool is too small in size. Pool table mat and Ball are not in good condition. We have visited almost all the places in lonavala just booked this Resort to spend a good time with my family. But I found there was nothing to do much in the resort. So we went out.

The best thing was live music, which actually made the surroundings positive.

The food especially the beverages tea and coffee are a little too expensive.

The location is close to main Citi centre. The property is clean, well maintained. The staff is very warm, helpful and humble. The service is fast and good. The food is of highest quality. The rooms are spacious and cozy.

There was constant noise from around the ceiling area in room 204 throughout the night of 13th Aug 2023 and the whole family couldn’t sleep. The maintenance couldn’t figure out. The worst experience at 7 Apple so far, otherwise we like 7 Apple hotels.

As such no specific comment but they need to maintain the condition of cycle and add if possible add some extra games in club house.

Rooms are clean but not cozy as expected or not matching with money paid. Despite informing in advance about early arrival by 30 minutes, made us to wait at reception during check-in. Staff attitude particularly at reception needs improvement. Untidy & stinking change rooms near swimming pool

1. I had booked a 'Suite' on Booking.com. But when I landed at the resort, Me and my family was accommodated in a "Jr. Suite' (Which was SMALLER THAN A REGULAR DELUXE ROOM). If the resort is offering online booking, be very specific about types of rooms. If it is a Suite, IT MUST BE A SUITE. There is nothing called as Jr. SUITE. We were fortunate that Mr. Mukesh, who I presume happens to be the guests manager there @7 Apple, could understand our disappointment and discomfort. He was very helpful and immediately upgraded us to a premium suite for our comfortable stay. 2.A small suggestion would be about food. No doubt the quality of food was good but the spread should be a balance of Indian and continental. Dinner buffet had quite oily main course (Indian vegetables). The breakfast spread could be a little more. There were no instructions about 'Made-to-Order' Menu.

Fantastic Location, ambience, interiors, huge open space surrounded by greenery. We had booked 7 Apple resort online unaware of how the resort would be like. But the stay at 7Apple was a pleasant surprise for us. Highlight was the location and very positive vibes as we entered the premises. Indoor games 9Chess, Carrom, Snooker, Table Tennis) and outdoor facilities (Swimming Pool, party area, play area for kids, gardens) helped us to spend a cheerful and playful day at the resort. The staff was very courteous and constantly at our disposal for prompt help.

The size of room was spacious enough to incorporate a sofa bed however we had to pay for extra mattress. Even after paying for the extra mattress the one provided was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. We had initially itself pay for extra adult charges for the room and breakfast however we had to keep reminding to provide three toiletries instead of two everytime. Time and again there was renovation work noise as some rooms were being renovated at the resort.
