I don't like been told that I have to Pay an additional 12% because I'm paying by card, this was my preception I was asked to provide card details and told my card would be charged on 29 January 2025. Then I was informed that I had booked 4 rooms instead of two this place is a rip off I would not recommend anyone to go there. I have been there 3 times previously and paid by card but they did try and get cash whenever possible. The staff make a nuisance of them selves trying get get tips for the slightest thing this has never happened to me previously.

Really really dated hotel. Not one of those dated ones that you can say has an “old school charm” about it, it’s just very run down. Feels and looks very dirty. I stayed in peak season and the hotel was absolutely dead (January 2025) Pool is dirty and didn’t see anyone in there, hardly anyone even uses the sun beds, saw the same guy a couple of days, that’s it. No security safe box in the rooms, they have lockers downstairs that you can access between 8am-8pm which isn’t ideal (and they charge you 50 rupees per day for the privilege!) NO WIFI in the hotel other than reception area is absolutely terrible in this day and age, it doesn’t even reach the pool area, literally just the reception area. There seems to be chickens and roosters breeding somewhere within the property and this is very noisy. They said it was in the neighbouring block, but felt like it was next door to me as it was that loud. Very annoying. Cheap on paper, but massively overpriced for what is on offer. You can get much much more for your money elsewhere. I paid for 6 nights, but left after 2 nights to move to a other hotel because it was that bad

Very little to like. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Location is decent if you want to be near the busy parts of Calagunte, still a good 15min walk to the beach and the hotel is on a very quiet back road

The bar wasn't very well stocked and there wasn't any wine. The site shows people sat around the pool bar but it apparently hasn't been used for awhile.

It's a quiet location but near to the main road, shops and restaurants. The beach is about a 15 minute walk, although you have to cross the busy road to get to it. The pool was clean and a nice area to sit or sunbathe in. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was lovely on the few occasions that we ate there. The room was spacious and I had a separate room with a fridge and wardrobe in it. There are plenty tuk tuk, taxi's and buses available on the main road if you wanted a trip to Mapusa market, Candolim etc.
