Room was Un cleaned Mis Be since many days' hotel use for couple only so fab need to think before promoting hotels, because when we entered in room started fan dust floated on us from table fan, bathroom was like corporation one, breakfast is one pack of poha with no plates.

The room is not clean and smelly. Towels given not clean. Bedsheet was not washed properly Pillow cover was dirty and a mess. Very bad experience since entry and exit..

I had a one day stay at this hotel and i must say i had a great experience . Here the food was very good and the staff was very humble. The location was good .

The property wasn’t clean and didn’t seem hygienic. The facilities in the property such as wifi was not working. The purpose of my trip was mainly to work and attend my meetings however this was an unpleasant experience as we had to move the rooms to get the WiFi signals. Apart from that the hotel service provided was from an external party and we did not get any bills for the orders we paid for. So overall it didn’t feel pleasant.

Very bad experience. Delay in checkin process. Charge of Rs.500/- for even an hour of early checkin eventhough checkout is 4 hours early. Advance payment of full amount. Lift closed during night/ early morning. Intercom not working. Had to get down 3 floors to intimate the reception for the lift. Too small lift. Staff sleeping outside the lift door obstructing movement. Bath towels provided only after asking, that too with delay.

No food available at the lodge. Location is not proper.

was alloted a used room first... I've pictures...upon informing they moved me to another room where TV wasn't working, bed linen has stains, pillow was smelling, fan had cobwebs...I have all photos for reference

Its Most terrific hotel i have ever seen. The pics shown for booking are totally different than the actual rooms.. rooms are totally uncleaned. i have seen two three rooms personally. not expected this from Fabexpress. Even they providing me 51 percent refund for their mistake. i paid for Service and i am not getting my money back even providing all the pics of the room with all the proofs.. please dont trust on this. very very bad experience.. It is not for executives..it very local and unhygienic. i am sharing the photos too...

I am Hospitality person .I have booking gargi executive/3/5 days before but I will go there when I am check in They Recepnist told mi ur Booking Is transfer other property i was told which property but .but hows the possible because I have booking id I am on spot and he's told mi ur Booking is transferred.i had told also which property he told there doesn't show my Pc ..pls stright action
